This was an online follow-up with the doctor who failed to show to my call. They should be paying ME for a no-show. I've attempted to speak with their billing team multiple times but continue to receive past due statements for charges that have been paid. In fact, when I total my bill(s) after insurance, they owe ME money. These offices are nothing more than bloated businesses trying to make a buck. What happened to the CARE in healthcare?

But I sure lucked out when I secured an appointment with Commonwealth Ear, Nose and Throats specialists. It took me a week to find someone to even see to my problem. How fortunate I was to be scheduled almost promptly with Dr. Julie Kerr. Nor only is she above excellent in her chosen field, she is compassionate and kind. Once that was done it took about 30 mins before getting called back. Thankfully they have a huge waiting area I saw Dr. Curtis, who explained why I was having issues. He even showed me on a camera what was happening to cause my dizziness and fixed me pretty quickly! Even gave me some at home instructions in case I ran into more issues.

I asked where did he go, for I wanted to keep him as my Audiologist? No one knew, they said he just left. I saw his picture in a magazine with a new location. I am now seeing him again. He has always has greeted me with a hand shake and a smile each time I saw him. He is a true professional in every way. I highly recommend him to all.
