The representatives at Beltone refuse to assist us and continue to attribute the issue to the third-party vendor responsible for the contract. But I sure lucked out when I secured an appointment with Commonwealth Ear, Nose and Throats specialists. It took me a week to find someone to even see to my problem. This was an online follow-up with the doctor who failed to show to my call. They should be paying ME for a no-show. I've attempted to speak with their billing team multiple times but continue to receive past due statements for charges that have been paid. In fact, when I total my bill(s) after insurance, they owe ME money. These offices are nothing more than bloated businesses trying to make a buck. What happened to the CARE in healthcare?
