Do not just take their word for it. I came here to get my screen fixed through T-Mobile insurance. The repair itself was fine, but the customer service afterward was an absolute joke. After the fix, they pushed me to buy a screen protector. I normally order mine from Amazon because in-store ones are usually cheap and poorly made. The only reason I agreed was because the employee assured me that if there were any issues at all, I could bring it back and they would replace it with no questions asked. The younger guy who installed it clearly did not care about doing a good job. He applied it lazily, and while it looked okay at first, within a week the protector started peeling from the bottom left corner. I went back fully expecting them to honor their own words and instead got told it would be 12 dollars to replace it. At no point during the original conversation was this replacement fee ever mentioned. The employee then pointed to some random sheet of paper nowhere near where we talked, trying to justify it. That is not how you do honest business. This is a classic bait and switch and it shows they have zero interest in standing by their word. I walked out without paying because I refuse to reward shady practices. If this is how they treat customers, I would not trust them with anything more than a basic repair. Bottom line: If you have a T-Mobile insurance claim, be extremely careful here. Record what they promise you, get it in writing, or better yet, take your business somewhere else

He has always trusted Google's products, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. His Pixel 10 Pro suddenly became unusable because the screen only displayed a white screen and the phone could not be operated. We first drove to his scheduled repair appointment at the Williamsburg Google Store, only to find the store was closed. Google provided no email, text message, or notification about the closure or cancellation, resulting in a wasted two-hour round trip. Before scheduling another appointment, we contacted Google Support multiple times for assistance. During one call, representative Lisa repeatedly asked for verification through the phone even after we explained that the phone could not turn on and only showed a white screen. No alternative verification method was offered, and the call was disconnected while we were trying to get help. The next day, we drove from Queens to the Chelsea Google Store, which took over an hour each way. After arriving, we were told the repair would take approximately three hours. Google did not offer any option to deliver the repaired phone back to our home, forcing us to make another unnecessary trip. Although the phone was eventually replaced, the overall customer experience was extremely disappointing. The associate who handled the pickup was cold and unwelcoming, with no explanation or effort to make the experience better. A great product is only part of the experience -- customer service matters too. After years of being a loyal Google customer, this experience has seriously affected my husband's trust in Google and his decision to purchase Google products in the future.
