The energy was so healing and two days later I feel my energy being collected and returned to me. I didn't know this much power is in our body and that we can create anything with it. I was also having trouble keeping my food down while in Chicago because of the oil and butter content in everything. My family was a bit worried but the minuet I laid my head down and the lights began to flash my stomach began to settle. Street parking was free and easy on Church street. Nia's place was spotless, welcoming, and had a positive vibe as soon as I entered. Nia checked in with me about areas in my body where I was having pain (post surgery stuff) and then had me change in a small, quiet room with relaxing music playing. The session itself was glorious. I felt completely relaxed and cared for as Nia checked in with me about pressure (which was perfect). There were tight spots on my body I didn't even realize, and then they were gone. I don't have words to explain how amazing the sound healing was. Nia played both off my body and then set the bowls on certain places. The level of rest and relaxation I experienced - I don't remember the last time I felt that at ease. After my session, I came out and chatted a bit as I returned to my body fully. Nia is a lovely human. I'm excited to go back.
