I have been meditating ever since (3 years now) and have not looked back. It completely manages my anxiety to the point that I do not take any meditation for anxiety, helps me sleep better, and it has drastically improved my MS symptoms. I recommend TM to everyone. I have no idea how long i was on the table (with an Amethyst Heating Pad for healing and comfort) - but when i got off the table, my back felt quite a bit better. Kristy shared with me some of the things she was able to intuit through Reiki about where i was blocked and a special message about my feet. The instructor was awesome and the class I went to at the time (Wednesday night at 630) all the other participants happened to be yoga instructors there too and were all very helpful if I wasn't sure about a pose. The studio is clean and very peaceful, even though it is on a somewhat busy street, you couldn't hear the outside traffic at all. I look forward to trying out another class as soon as I can fit it into my schedule.
