I unfortunately had to move out-of-state, and he tried his best to help with my tooth problems before I had to move. He's knowledgeable, caring, and patient. He always tried to be conservative with the work he did on my teeth, focusing on the most important areas and didn't push expensive treatments on me that weren't 100% necessary. A lot of dentists I went to would 1.) look at my teeth and then decide on a plethora of things to do to them, without consulting me - and b) forget about the issues I had and/or not address them fully. Dr Davia always listened to my concerns and kept it simple, unless it was clear a more complex procedure was definitely needed. I wish I could give a bonus star for how painless the injections were (lots of dentists seem to rush this part and it causes a lot of pain and anxiety for me). Also the dental hygienist I saw, Kathleen, was so sweet and careful with my teeth. She was great at making me feel comfortable during my cleanings & always made me feel special.

I really liked that she proceeded mouthwash and let me rinse in between sessions. Dr. Davia came in after my session was talked to me. He eased any worries I had about my teeth and let me know the next steps he wanted to do in my next appointment. I didn't feel like he was rushing with me . He was very genuine and kind. I was honestly very impressed with my service. The office isn't as fancy as your newer facilities or dental spa's. You can depend on the staff at Dr. Davia. He will not try to nickel and dime you for treatments or services.

I had to go back with days as the bite was painful even with drinking water. I am no dentist and can not self treat. I had to go back 2 second time with a week and the dentist waving his hands in the air simply said, he can't do anything!!! When I voice my frustration. He refused me any further treatment and said I could go see a different dentist. I followed a medical practitioner's advise to preventive care and am now left with pain and suffering, neither of which I had, had gone to his office for a free dental cleaning. Today, he replaced a crown that had come off, and his work prompted me to write this review. He first had to reshape the tooth structure under the crown and prepare the tooth and then re-cement the crown. There was no discomfort and everything was fully explained. The crown feels great. The office is in a newer space off of Staples Mill by Amigos. It is very bright, clean, and modern with ample parking. The staff were very welcoming, polite and professional. Rose, my hygienist was wonderful. She explained everything she was doing prior to beginning, was gentle, patient and friendly. I definitely want her to take care of me for my next appointment. Dr Bigelow popped in once Rose was complete to introduce himself and check my teeth as well. He had a great positive attitude, seemed like a nice guy.
