When I mentioned this yo dr Inglis, he asked me to give his treatment a chance before going with injections since they affect the knee longer term. So glad I followed his suggestion. His treatment has helped me manage my knee pain and continue to dance competitively and perform. Each time I have gone to Robert, he has helped me tremendously to decrease the pain and get my life back on track. What makes the experience unique at Quantum Physical Therapy as oppose to other places is the personal attention from Robert and his staff. He genuinely cares about your well being. Most patients like myself are suffering from debilitating pain, it helps tremendously to know that he actually cares about that. You are not just another patient. He takes his time to get to know you, works with you on your personal recovery goals. He is clearly knowledgeable about physical therapy and he takes his time to tell you why your body is behaving the way it is and how you can help it be better. He listens to your needs and goals for recovery. When I wanted to give up ever getting better he encouraged me that it will get better and he was didn't push me too hard. When I was all gungho about doing every exercise, he wisely cautioned me to slow it down. He was right ever time. He knows what he's doing. I've been to other physical therapist and I was not satisfied. I wanted to quit going to physical therapy long before my subscribed period. The PT barely spoke to me, they never explained what they were doing or why. There were often so many PT's you had a different one each time you came in. Quantum Physical Therapy is not like that. There is a very caring and friendly atmosphere and that helps the healing process tremendously. It was the only time in the day I felt like it was "take care of me time," because that's how they made me feel I finally was able to relax and loosen up a lot of tension. Now I get anxious when my sessions run out and wonder if I will qualify for more time. Quantum Physical Therapy has always been very flexible about scheduling. They do their best to give you the time slot you need. They are also courteous if you need to change your schedule. They have also worked patiently with me to be reimbursed by my insurance companies and they are good about helping you with your paperwork for insurance companies. Unfortunately due to the nature of my injuries, I seem to need ongoing physical therapy to keep the pain at bay So I've spent a lot of time at Quantum and I have overheard a lot of conversations from patients. I have never heard of anyone being upset or unhappy with their visit. If you are a person who really needs a therapist that cares about your recovery then Quantum is the place.

Now I go to train and get stronger and to also get nutrition advice. I see Dr. Gayed twice a week and keep a nutrition log with him. He responds daily and gives tips on how to improve my meals. He challenges me also during training with my deadlifts and makes it fun. I don't feel like I'm working out. He's passionate and it shows through his work. He's the best out there!

Now we are strengthening my upper body twice a week and he helps me with my nutrition as well. I keep logs with him and he gives me tips on how to maintain a healthy diet. He's great at what he does and he's already changed a lot of my eating habits to smarter choices. I can't imagine getting the same level of one-on-one coaching and training like this. I said my husband was a patient there. I explained I had a back issue. She kept interrupting saying she didn't understand why I was calling. Which, immediately made me feel uncomfortable. I'm seeking treatment because I'm in pain and a little kindness goes a long way. I said I would like to make an appointment. She said for chiropractic you don't need a prescription. I said I can't and wouldn't see a chiropractor for my diagnosis. She then went into what I already knew. She said you need a prescription for physical therapy first, then she could make my appointment. I then asked how does your physical therapy work, because there is not a lot of one on one time. She again was confused, these were her words. Not mean. I heard this place was so great and different. Even your website touts that. Well since my husband was last here which was a few years ago, I goes they are nothing more than the usual meat market all of these other places have become. That is why I will pay out of pocket and seek private therapy.
