This shop is not like all the other consignment shops in the area! The owners really curate what…read morethey take in and everything is in perfect condition. It is very hard to tell that anything has been "pre-owned"! They carry furniture, art, decorative items and some unique, locally made jewelry. Furniture is mainly mid century modern or neutral and always in perfect condition. ( none of that awful heavy faux-Tuscan stuff you see in other consignment shops) They often have great outdoor furniture sets, as well. Over the eight years since we moved to PV, we have gotten great outdoor and indoor pieces, some wonderful seasonal decorations, and also a few great lamps. I check in regularly to see Teresa and John and whatever is on the floor that month. Our dog Monk says it is his favorite place to visit because there are always treats for him. And John gives good head scratches! Highly highly recommended. We always recommend to our friends moving to the area and noone is ever disappointed.

We purchased this knife 2 months ago and kept it in great care. Hand washed and kept it in a…read morededicated padded drawer. It chipped cutting some meat (bones). Sur La Table said they would not help and we had to go to the manufacturer. The manufacturer wanted us to pay in full for repair, plus shipped of the knife before they would look at it. This was a premium knife that wasn't cheap and the support from Sur La Table is disappointing. An almost identical knife is available at Costco and I wish I had purchased it from them instead. Too late I guess. I will never do business with Sur La Table again.

She asked me to send her pictures of items in our home that we liked and why. Then to our amazement, she has us come back in to view items that she picked for our room. She showed us on her computer everything from our new bed, dresser, end tables, lamps, bench and a chandelier. We loved everything that she showed us. We placed everything on order and waited for install day. Now, everyday I walk into my bedroom I have the biggest smile on my face. Karen nailed it and I cannot thank her enough for all of her time, creativity and love.
