I purchased a washer through specters tv and appliance on camelback rd . I had this part that broke with in the year warranty. But I contacted whirlpool directly about having them ship out This part which was just a fabric softener dispenser no need to contact the location. I was just trying to to save everyone time and energy. Which turned out to bite me in the but. So whirlpool said they would send out for a service call. The service people said the part out be 6 weeks out. Due to the fact they use a 3rd party warehouse for parts . We got an LG washer / dryer set with the warranty delivered the next day. Juan installed it in probably 30 minutes. Tested it and showed us its basic operations. I had been looking at big box stores and figured I would give the local store a chance. Visited the camelback location mid afternoon on a weekday maybe 10 days to two weeks ago. Chris L. waited on me. I was looking for a Kitchen Aid fridge and quickly found one I was interested in with his help. He got me thinking about a whole package of appliances and showed me some dishwashers, ranges etc. where I could save some money on a big purchase. All in about $8k at full retail. He suddenly had to peel off to help another customer and asked me to write down all my contact info which I did in great detail. He said it might take a few days to get back to me with a quote. After that...crickets. Never heard from him again. I'm not going to follow up with the guy as it's clear Spencer's doesn't want my business. I'll just order off the kitchen aid web site. Our dryer bit the dust after only 7 years so we ordered another one thru Spencer. It arrived before the estimated time and we scheduled delivery that included two staircases (extra fee). They were running late today as one of the trucks broke down, but they arrived, took the broken dryer away and installed the new one. We were impressed by the positive attitude of these guys, even after they look at the two flights of stairs. These guys were rock stars both removing the old and installing the new. What an absolute nightmare to deal with. What was promised as a routine appliance installation turned into an additional month and a half saga of frustration and incompetence. Start of this was mid July and the installation with crappy trim was finally completed in September... Not only did they blow past their initial date of installation they consistently gave us different dates of when they would be returning for installation to come back for both custom and wooden trim and would not communicate with us when they would be actually showing up. Typically we'd get a call an hour before they showed up and we would need to rearrange our entire work days. They even hauled away our old stove, and we were left with a hole in our countertop for a week leaving us without a stove and no idea when they would be coming back until we called the manager, Jason multiple times. Communication from their end, was virtually nonexistent. We were constantly left in the dark, wondering what the status of our insulation was going to be. To add insult to injury, despite the consistent asking multiple times, Spencer's has still failed to provide a proper invoice for their work. This level of unprofessionalism is frankly appalling. We are beyond dissatisfied with the entire experience and strongly advise anyone considering their installation services to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and choose a company that values its customers and their time. read more

I'd like to start off by clarifying that we had a great experience when we were picking out our fridge, washer and dryer in the store. Jason was very helpful and got our delivery/installation date set up for the day we moved into our new house. Today, when the delivery team came, they just dropped our appliances off. They didn't unwrap any of them and when asked about installation they said they don't install and couldn't anyways because the hoses they would need weren't in the truck in the first place. We spoke with Jason about how frustrating this experience was. They weren't able to send someone out right away to finish the install but were at least able to set aside the parts for us that we are now responsible for hooking up ourselves... read more

Good Sales Experience, Buying Refrigerator. MESSY INSTALL Marcus was very helpful, helping verify which models will fit into our space. Also offered us a deal, which we accepted. Refrigerator arrived on schedule. However, the installer's were messy. They spilled water all over our kitchen while removing old fridge (from the old fridge;'s evaporation tray, they did not bother to empty it before moving old fridge, they are supposed professionals). They left a mess of packaging material in our hallway of condominium, and they left a mess in our parking lot. HOA of condominium is pissed. read more
