We provided 2 days worth of dry food and canned food, 2 rawhide to comfort him in the crate, one for each night and 2 Greenie treats, again one for each night. When we picked him up on Wednesday most of the dry food was still in the bag, neither can was opened and both rawhide and greenie treats were untouched. Dog was starving!!!! I went back to speak to the owner his first response was sometimes dogs don't eat when boarded. I said I understand that but his food wasn't even opened. How do you explain that.? My dog didn't refuse to eat because of separation anxiety, which he doesn't suffers from, or by choice, he simply wasn't fed the food we left him. His next response was it's no big deal, he was only here for 2 days, nothing is going to happen to him if he doesn't eat for 2 days. Yeah that was his response verbatim WTF??? What if I'd left him there a week? We had some other words which proved to me he doesn't know how to treat customers and much less the pets he's supposed to provide care for. He is incompetent, arrogant and unapologetic, I wouldn't trust your pets with this establishment. If he would have told me that what happened was unacceptable and he would speak with his staff about it not happening again. I would have left it alone. But this guy really doesn't give a crap.

Every detail was spot on: from the even trim around his face to the neat paws and perfectly shaped tail. He looked like a show dog by the time she was done! What really impressed me was how patient and kind she was with Bleu. He can be a little unsure during grooming, but she took her time, made sure he was comfortable, and treated him with so much care. Throughout the appointment, she even sent me progress pictures, which I really appreciated--it was so reassuring to see him calm and happy during each step. Bleu came home looking and feeling amazing. I'll definitely be booking with her again!

No greeting, no "Can I help you?", no answers to our very polite (and clearly confused) questions. It was... an experience. The products remain excellent, and when the stars align, the employees are wonderful. As I walked in, the staff was very friendly but there seemed to be some confusion about the services I had booked. I scheduled the Luxury Bath, which includes nail trimming, ear cleaning, and the additional amenities, along with add-ons for deshedding and hypoallergenic shampoo. The receptionist repeatedly mentioned she would tell the groomer to remove the extras, and I had to clarify a couple of times that I did in fact want the full luxury bath with the add-ons before it was understood. The service took about an hour and a half. I'm unsure if they rotate staff on the dogs at this location, but at the Plantation location one groomer is assigned to the dog and it typically takes about an hour. My dog doesn't love nail trims, but I did notice his nails had several broken pieces afterward. I'm also not sure if he was properly deshedded. For the price I'm paying, I expected a different level of service and attention to detail. Based on my experience, I would recommend the Plantation location instead.

I found this company through Yelp projects, and I was immediately contacted and was provided information on pricing, availability and to essentially set an appointment . Gabriella was the nice young lady that arrived at my complex on time and sent me a few text keeping updated on her ETA prior to arriving. I gave her a bit of information on how I would like my little pup to look and what I was looking for in terms of style. If you have a Yorkie, you know their hair grows super fast! I did ask for her to cut him down as low as possible, keeping his face on the rounded side, she did exactly just that. During the appointment, she texted me a photo of a little scab that was on mu pups ear, to make me aware that was already there and not caused by her. I appreciate it that she took the time to do that, and I had already known about the scab. The appointmentby took about an hour and 15 minutes and when she was done, she alerted me via text. Payment was very simple, as they do accept Zelle. I was very pleased with the outcome, and judging from the look and the action of my pup, I knew he felt comfortable with Gabriella. I'll definitely be contacting them again for future appointment., 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend Dookie's pet grooming.
