She knew exactly what style I wanted did it well and she was friendly and communicative. Before my third visit I got a call saying that my stylist was no longer working there and referred me to someone else on staff. That particular person was the opposite, didn't really listen to what I wanted, just took a look at the photo I showed her and then proceeded to not follow it. I finally found my stylist-Trinh and she not only took a look at the photos I showed for reference but kept adjusting it based on what I was looking for until now I can just sit in the chair and just say 'the usual.' So my overall rating is 4, averaging out the 2/3 good experiences with my more meh one.
