Rudy and his daughter were amazing! I had a difficult schedule this week and they were so understanding and went out of their way to accommodate me. They were both very friendly and down to earth. My couch was really bad due to having my cat and dog sleep on it all the time. This is the BEST customer service experience I've had in awhile! Holy moly! Very impressed. I haven't steam cleaned my carpets in about 7 years, and one room I had never done. Though this wasn't steam cleaning, it still exceeded my expectations with carbonation and eco-friendly products. I am very happy with these results. I got a quote and got my appointment booked via Yelp just 3 days ago. Final price was true to quote, and the worker didn't try to upsell a bunch of treatment. Very professional, hard worker (Michael). Arrived on time. Had my whole upstairs and my stairs done (roughly 700-800 sq ft) in 2 hours flat. No chemical smell. I can't believe this 25-year-old carpet looks so good! Paid approximately $200 (including tip) thanks to their offered deal, which beats all the quote estimates I received from other local companies, big and small (master bed/bath, 2 bedrooms, hall, stairs, carpet landing; got a pretreatment on all of it too). Used them for a rental move out cleaning. They are just OK. Quick and cheap. Won't use them on a house I own :) The guys that came over had a hard time getting started because they had some issue with the machine turning on. Wasted a lot of time. Carpet was generally in good condition. Had a few spots which they couldn't clean out for which the landlord dinged me $300. I asked for deep cleaning. Initially they said OK but then informed me they dont have the water hose. So we went back to basic cleaning. read more

To start the communication was great. I was able to book an appointment within 2 days from initial contact. The tech came right at the time window we were given. We had to pay extra for conditioner protector and disinfectants. My initial quote was $99 ended it up paying about $330 with all the extras. Be ready to pay more for every stair as well. This is our first time calling for this service so not sure if it's too much. I would say we are happy for the service. Our carpet looks clean.
