Chose him because of lure of dryers: maybe he had more than one, I don't know but only one area in one room was dry. Expressed my unhappiness about wet rug and all dirty spots I could see and he said something like some of them you cant get out & well thats what you get for $250. What a crock! I rented rug doctor afterwards, did massive pretreat stain stuff-it took me HOURS. But I got it clean. You can see from photos how much dirt was left. The clincher for me and what prompted this review: he left toilet seat up! Gross. Don't waste your money.
