Don't go here! AVOID! My wife was called a liar after we've done business with this shop for years. We brought a car in with a stinky AC. They found a dead animal. But after they removed it there was a new clicking noise. They wanted to charge us to repair/clean the blower motor. When my wife pointed out that it wasn't clicking before and that we always tell them everything that is wrong with our car before brining it it she was told her word is no good. Can't be trusted. I only take my car to Good Deal auto.. why because they are honest, friendly, and they get the job done. For example, today I took in my envision because it seemed to me that it was idling too fast. Good Deal looked at it and found that when i reinstalled the floormats, I did so incorrectly and the gas peddle was not able to function properly. Pretty stupid on my part, but the point is Good Deal could have had me sit there for three hours, claiming the censors needing replacing, and charged me for repairs that were not made. In fact, they charged me nothing. You cant go wrong in taking your car priblems to Good Deal. read more

They got details, looked a bit, gave me a great price and said to bring it back the next day at 3:30. I did. They were still packed with cars. Zero stars.... Dangerous! place do not attempt to take your vehicle here. This shysters do not care about you, or your safety on the road, absolutely dishonest, dubious and very unprofessional. They will put anything in your vehicle just to get you off the shop and rip you off your money. They have no clue what they are doing...... Took our newly purchased Range Rover sport here, for a lower Control Arm replacement, this shop did a shamelessly shoddy job. Installed substandard parts, left axle was left loose, causing left front left bearing and the wheel hub to fail, consequently Brakes could not engage due to no contact. vehicle veered off the road dangerously!! Worst of all they lied they did a wheel alignment and charged me for this while they did not.Jacob one of the guys here, lied to me it was done only thing they could not do was a steering angle reset that i should take to the dealer. Did not provide alignment results. FYI...steering Angle reset is part of the alignment. Called spoke to James, who showed not sort of empathy or willingness to fix their mess. He tried to fool around with lame excuses and finally hung up the phone. Please be warned...Do not let this guys touch your vehicle... Run away!!! read more

They told me the AC blower motor was part of a recall and go to the Dealer and have it repaired for FREE. Upstanding shop with great character obviously. Hard to find this is auto parts. Not sure how this place has as good of a rating as it does. They completely screwed me over when I brought my car into them. My car ended up needing a transfer case replacement. Ok cool, no biggie. That was covered under warranty. I left my car there while on vacation for 2 weeks. When I got in my car and started it I noticed my check engine light was suddenly on. I went back inside and was told I had to have them pull it back in and diagnose it AGAIN. So I waited close to 2 hours for them to diagnose it to tell me it was something with my plugs of some sort. I don't claim to know a lot about cars but I definitely felt something was off. How is this suddenly an issue? I asked (politely) if there was a chance that maybe something happened when they were replacing my transfer case. I was assured that there was no way it could have been from that because the two parts were nowhere near one another and that it could have been from it sitting for so long without running (??) or that it "just happened." SO, $260+ later it was fixed and I was off. Fast forward a couple months my car is still shuddering/jolting/slipping whenever I'm driving or my car is shifting gears. I took my car to a different shop this time and was told they'd have to drain the fluids from my transfer case to see what's going on. I wanted to call back Good Deal to check about this since I had just got my transfer case replaced in October I thought it was overkill to have to already replace the fluid, right? Well Good Deal assured me (yet again) that they didn't do any draining or filling of fluid because the "transfer case already came filled." After speaking to several mechanic friends they had their doubts stating they've never heard of a transfer case coming WITH the fluid in it due to it being heavy AND sitting on a shelf with the potential to oxidize.... I gave the new shop the go-ahead to drain to get a deeper look at what could potentially be the issue and what do you know.... my transfer case had MAYBE an ounce of fluid in it. With no sign of leakage to blame it on or pin it to. I was informed there should be at least a liter. After they so kindly filled the fluids in the transfer case and test drove it, my car is driving at 95% normal. I'm just so disappointed in the carelessness of their actions (or lack thereof.) I have never had such a poor experience at any place in my entire life. Car trouble is already stressful for the average joe because of the money and the trust you must put into a complete stranger and hope they are doing their best and treating each customer as fair as possible. I'm lucky enough that this mistake was able to be salvaged by another more reputable car shop. read more
