Andrew was incredibly professional and thorough in diagnosing the problem. What really impressed us was how he took the time to explain exactly what had gone wrong and walked us through preventative maintenance tips to avoid future issues. It's rare to find a technician who genuinely wants to educate his customers rather than just fix and leave. We were also having issues with a sink P-Trap and hot water not coming out from the same shower where the leak was. Ramon sent out a plumber, named Fernando, who opened a hole in our drywall and after a couple of mins of eyeballing the area, he determined that the leak was coming from an old seal on the shower overflow. He also said that the issue with the hot water was coming from a cartridge issue and that he would fix it. All together for the P-Trap, seal replacement, and cartridge replacement I was charged $600 after receiving a $100 discount for paying all cash. Fast forward to now, our shower knob broke due to a faulty cartridge. It was an old, broken cartridge that Fernando installed which caused the knob to break. The leak? Never fixed. We patched up the drywall and after a couple of weeks started noticing water stains in the same area again. I reached out to Ramon regarding the leak and he said he would get back to me with info on when they could come back out but then went unresponsive. Since he wasn't responsive after I reached out about the leak, my wife reached out to him from her # about the cartridge issue and he asked her to send pictures and that he would fix it if it was their fault. Pictures were sent and we followed up with him multiple times just for him to ignore our calls/texts and send us to voicemail. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I now find myself looking for another plumbing company on here to help with the leak that they never fixed, and ended up paying an additional $189 for a whole new kit to replace the cartridge and damaged water knob

We did this and it did clean out the pipes and got that plastic piece out. We are continuing to monitor our situation and discussing future needs for the pipes anyways but per usual, Always Ready Plumbing and Drain was amazing. As a grading expert, even our tricky hillside site for a new septic leach field was something he knew how to solve. We had previously received a lot of "doom and gloom" advice that turned out to be way off-base, so his calm, can-do attitude was incredibly appreciated. Turns out we also needed a septic tank repair involving a torn baffle wall while the tank was already pumped -- a very time-sensitive situation -- and Fernando from Elijah's team was exactly the right person for the job, thank goodness. Had we waited, we would have been looking at another $480 septic pumping charge just to access the repair again. Elijah is a true get-it-done professional with a great team behind him, and he was also flexible with pricing and negotiations, which meant a lot because this project was not cheap for us. DO NOT CALL ANYONE ELSE....I had a leak in the first story ceiling coming from the upstairs. I called Exact Rooter and told them the issue. Raul was out to our house about 15 or 20 min after i called. He deduced the problem, snaked the main line to the street, snaked the toilet upstairs, and pulled the downstairs toilet up off of the floor and snaked that pipe as well, and replaced the internals on one toilet. we had this same thing done a few years ago and roto rooter charged us almost 10x the price. Raul however did this same job with a better attitude, and in a faster amount of time for only a little bit more than what the service fee from the other company would have been. i highly recommend Exact Rooter. read more

We have used Exact Rooter & Plumbing for several years. They do quality work and are fair and honest. Recently Steven repaired our leaking shower faucet. He fixed the problem and everything is working great. When I made the initial call, I really appreciate Raul wanted to make sure I was well-informed. He gave me best-case scenario for what the job could entail and what the cost would be and he also explained what problems could occur and what those costs would be. I got home today and my kitchen sink, toilet, and tub started to back up so I called Exact Rooter & Plumbing this afternoon. Raul came out and assessed the problem and explained what the possible issue might be and how it would need to be corrected. The main sewer line was clogged and 90 minutes later everything was working perfectly again! Raul was very professional, friendly and showed excellent Customer Service skills; a pleasure to talk to. Raul is a master plumber, top of the line. He has done several jobs for me, including the replacement of a 100 gal, commercial water heater, mixer valves, and created a clean out section of pipe for drainage through a stucco exterior wall. I don't always call a plumber out -but when I do - I call Exact Rooter & Plumbing! Upon our return trip from Hawaii my wife noticed that we didn't have any hot water in the house. I immediately thought, "Good - then I can't get into any..." But I digress- we placed a call to Raul at Exact Rooter and he showed up this morning and fix our hot water issue in no time for an extremely reasonable price! He replaced all of our ancient sewer lines and even threw the repair of a toilet and shower into the deal for no additional charge! He also gave us a deal on the installation of a new water main, which wasn't really necessary, but we took advantage of the fact that it was very easy and cost effective to do since the water main was running parallel to the trenches that had already been dug. Bill's work is impeccable and he's honest to a fault too. He followed through on his promise to come back after the job was done in order to patch up the areas in the concrete sidewalk that were slightly damaged by the installation of the new piping. He also came to me and confessed that one of his workers had broken a water valve on the City side of the property, and he kept his promise to reimburse me for the City charge when it showed up on my bill. I would never hire this company again and beware of any information they relay about your HVAC or plumbing issues. I don't trust them you should not either.
