Bella Cosa is close to my home but is a big store with a couple locations. I felt a little intimidated but the minute Mary approached me I was all at once calm. She seemed knowledgeable and ready to help. She got the quote for repairs. The repairs are done on site. My ring was ready a day before I expected and it was $100 less than I was quoted. They are so friendly, welcoming and easy to work with! I've only had repairs done and made small purchases here but they treat me as a valued customer. Samantha helped me today and she and all the staff are just lovely! Their selection is incredible both in new and estate jewelry. This week, just short of one year I look down and there was a piece missing from my ring. I took it to them and they basically told me I would just have to buy a whole new guard. Never offered any type of compensation or anything. The only other choice was to cut off one band on each side of my guard so now, one year later I basically have half of my band because I have to cut one row of diamonds off of each side. And the best part is they were charging me $180.00 to do it. I told them just to give me my ring and I would never be back. Within in 5 minutes of me leaving they called me and told me that he would cut the bands off for free, once they knew how upset I was. In ending, I took my ring to another jeweler in town and he is going to do the job for me for $125.00! And I did not even get it from there. The sad part of it all is that I basically have half the guard that I just purchased a year ago!
