Took my Classic To this shop was promised work done un one week 3 weeks passed meanwhile calling shop to get status on work the wife takes messages that never gets returned..what shop does that? So i was told car was torn down by aldofo the owner a week passes he told me hes guy got stomped out in a BLM protest and had 1 eye so i immediately went to go retrieve my car and it hasn't been touched in 3 weeks my car look like it hade been driven even my freshly exhaust pipe was broken i wanted to pistol whip him but god wouldn't like that. My car broke down not long having a major repair done at a shop right up the street from them. That shop was going to charge me three times the cost, when AAA came to tow my car from the place that was ripping me off the driver suggested Excel it was after 6 pm I called and they came and got my car repaired it for under more than half the price the other shop was charging me. I bought a lemon in the first place my car broke down again because of the existing problem it had from the dealership. They came and towed it and repaired it very reasonably. They are a honest family owned company. I trust and value there business. I will never go any where else and highly recommend them. Such a relief to know I will not be taken advantage of again. A friend referred me to these guys after my regular mechanic told me i needed major repairs on my Ford F-150. If your thinking about getting your car fixed, get a second opinion from Excel Auto Care. I usually take my SUV to the dealership, until I received a referral for these guys. Excel Auto Care saved me a ton of money when comparing the estimate I received from the dealership. They seemed very honest and upfront. No problems with my car so far. At the beginning they were doing good service but some things seem a little shady took my car to another auto shop and found out they put a used other car pooling in a serpentine belt wrong about and then I found out for the stuff that they repair that was his new that they charged me new parts but put on old parts not too happy about that. And this auto repair issue how was going on for months first started out to be a power steering belt had it towed to the shop this a new belt and pulley then later on that day the belt came off I was stuck on the freeway in the rain had to pay for a tow truck driver and take it back to the shop and have it replaced again this time there was other issues I need a new transmission and alternator rack and pinion all these issues and it all started out with one power steering belt over $2000 worth of work did not need need any of that so finally I went took the car to another shop because the belt fell off again in the rain stuck on the freeway had to have the car towed again and found out that they stuck a used pulley and the wrong belt on my car and there was other stuff that they saying that we were supposed to be done at the other auto shop found out that they didn't do it and I was charged for it read more

I had problems with some aftermarket exhaust, I went here to have them install if for me. I asked them to cut the pipes and reangle them so that I would be able to get them off at some point and time. They ignored me and welded. They also moved around the exhaust hangers and took one off and never put it back on. Yesterday I had to re-install the stock exhaust. This should have only been a 30min job, it took 7 hours. Now that I finally have the hangers figured out, I have to go to Ford to buy a replacement, which is way over priced. This shop will get the job done in their own way, once and done. They make it work but they will fab so many things to get the job done that you'll have a very hard time changing anything back. I've gone here for a couple of things before but since yesterday, I will NEVER be going back. Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else. read more
