If you own a Mercedes then skip getting ripped off at the dealership and go see Nick! I got pricing from local Mercedes-Benz dealership which I thought was high and then I gave Nick a call. We talked through the pricing and everything was beating what I was quoted from the dealership. First thing I noticed when I walked into their business was all his family photos. It's nice to talk with someone on a personal level and not feel like a number like I do at the MB dealership. I got a service in which Nick beat the quoted price from the dealership. I was having some brake issues and knew that I needed new pads and possibly new rotors. Nick was very honest and let me know that only my front pads needed to be changed and that my back pads still had more use ahead. He also let know my rotors were good so no need to change. My engine light went on, stopped at the first shop and they said I need to replace the turbocharger. Quote was 5k. Went to get a second opinion, they found that same problem + an issue with wires, quote was 8k. Spent the following Sunday reading everything I could about these issues and if was even worth it to spend this amounts on repairing my 8yo car or if it was better to just buy a newer one. After understanding that fixing it would make more sense, I made a deep search on google and yelp to find a shop that people talk in their reviews about honestly and fair prices. That's when I found Nick. From our first conversation over the phone I was already getting the feeling that Nick was this genuine person, that would take care of my problem without trying to upsell or overcharge me for anything. My feeling was right. The actual problem was a minor issue and he was able to fix it for less than half of the price in the cheapest quote I got from another shop. Long overdue! Nick fixed my G500 after almost 2 months at other highly reviewed shops in the area with electrical issues. He was able to diagnose and repair after spending a week with it and eliminating potential issues. When other highly skilled mechanics gave up Nick and his guys went above and beyond and were able to determine it was a bad motor and wiring for passenger seat that needed to be replaced. This was over 3 years ago and I have been taking my G there ever since. He has since become a friend and I am very thankful for his honesty, hard work, passion, and dedication. Was looking for an alternative to the deal for maintenance on my GLA 250. Found Nicks and gave him a try based on the online reviews. Nick recommended the 'A' service based on mileage rather than the 'B' service the on-board computer said, saving me a few bucks. I also had the front brake rotors and pads replaced. He was able to get me in and out the same day, a pleasant surprise and the price for everything was lower than I'd expected. It's a simple setup, but the shop bays are clean and organized (something I always look for). There's a nice waiting room with couches and wifi so next time I may hang out and work there. I recently had an incident with my VW ID4 where I dropped a diamond ring in the backseat and it went down into the seatbelt holes and was unfindable.
