The technicians were open and honest about our options, and we were able to get a fantastic price on a new Bosch heat pump. Bait and switch!…read more Hottest week of summer and AC goes out. It was pushing out some cool air, but not keeping up. A service tech showed up promptly the next morning and confirmed we need a total system replacement. Yikes! Salesman shows up later in the day and presents pamphlets on Lennox and Daikin equipment, even showed prices, between $14,000-$16,000. Later he emailed the actual estimate, same prices, but now the equipment is Goodman, much lower quality of equipment. I got a much better deal from another local company $9,000. Be careful when dealing with salespeople in a moment of need. The worst part was, the salesman pulled the breaker from the outside unit so no cool air was being pushed out. After he left I put it back in for at least a little relief on these hot days!

BF Power Vac has done the air duct cleaning on two of our homes now…read more The first home that they did for us was a one-story home. They arrived promptly and it was impressive the difference in the air quality once they completed the work. We added on the dryer vent cleaning for a minimal fee and that was great peace-of-mind. It's pretty impressive to see the truck with the hoses and raised balloons cleaning the air ducts and the neighbors were glued to their windows to see how it was going. Our second home is a two-story home and it was new to us, so we wanted to start with a proper air duct cleaning with added dryer vent cleaning. The day the two gentlemen came, it was raining throughout and they had made arrangements to keep their shoes and hoses from tracking water or other debri into our home. Again, impressive! They both greeted our toddlers who thought they came just to play with them. They were good sports and we stayed out of their way and took the kids for a drive. We highly recommend BF Power Vac!
