However, as far as car break ins go, Carvita made my experience as smooth as it could possibly be. They responded to me quickly via text, scheduled an appointment within 24 hours, gave me an upfront cost that included fees & service (that was very reasonable), and even came out to my apartment to fix it (with no extra charge). I did not have to spend my whole weekend getting it repaired, and for that I was very grateful.
