My technician both times was Chris. He is extremely professional, courteous and very knowledgable. Also, no creepy vibes whatsoever, so we were 100% comfortable having him in our home. Company gives you detailed text and email alerts when the technician is both coming and going. Their quote for the latest completed job was a bit higher than others, but HVAC work is simply not the thing to be cutting corners on. Trying to save a few bucks and hiring the wrong company will end up costing you much more (as I painfully learned). Very pleased with everything and this will be my go to A/C company going forward. I remind him to be careful with the PCV pipes that they are old. Then he tells me we have to sign a waiver because there is a lawsuit pending on the PCV Pipes. Wish he had told us about this before... he saw there was PCV Pipes!!! After all is said and done and he gives me the bill, it's on the highest side. His comment was "yeah, it turned out being a bigger job than i thought, so i had to have a helper." SO what had changed from a few days ago, when he gave me the estimate & told me it'd be on the low side???? It was a 3-4 Hour job not days!!!!
