Thank you to the folks at 3R RV! After being on the road for two months and taking our travel trailer into the dealer in Indiana for warranty work to repair our water heater, it wasn't fixed! 3R RV was able to fix it for us because the technician at the manufacturer failed to open the water valves after their repairs. As a result we had no hot water. We had three weeks left of our trip and we called 3R RV Service for help. They took us in within three hours and solved the problem. Outstanding customer service, flexible scheduling, top notch craftsmanship, and reasonable price. Over the years I've had my coaches repaired by Lazy Days, General RV, and Camping World, but none hold a candle to 3R RV. In fact this time the repair 3R did was for one Camping World did 2x previously on this coach and couldn't get it right, 3R got it done better in one shot! Where to start. We broke down near Union, MO. I saw smoke coming from a tire on my trailer so we pulled over and called Good Sam Road Service. This was NOT a good response from GS (another story) but we managed to limp to 3R RV service just a couple of miles away. In a strange town we had no idea what to expect. Senior Tech Lucas explained that we had blown a wheel bearing and would need extensive work or a new axle (a multi week problem). After taking is us immediately he went to work on our issues, coming out regularly to update us on what he found. Understanding that we were on the road, he spent hours working and was able to successfully repair and rebuild our axle so that it wouldn't need replacing. We spent the night in a hotel and 3R finished the project the 2nd day and get us on our way. They also reduced our parts and labor cost as the repair cost was quite expensive. We simply cannot say enough about our outstanding customer experience that we received. I would recommend them to anyone traveling through the area. Went to get an estimate for an electric step repair and painting. Was quoted an amount that was obviously close to a 1000 over what it should've been. Looked at Josh and asked if he was insane or price gouging. He back pedaled very quickly and dropped his quote Substantially. That was a red flag right there to watch closely how he was pricing things out. The next thing out of his mouth got my blood boiling, he quoted me 2 months to mount a set of steps and paint them. Once again insanity kicks in, there's no way these idiots are touching any of my shit. These boys are making up the labor rates as they go. They're screwing people out of they're money by over charging for their work. Scheduled it in back home, it'll take a few days to get there. They have me an estimate that was over a $1000 cheaper and a 2 week turn around not 2 months. These guys maybe good at what they do but at the highest price possible for them and the most ridiculous time line to get things done for you. read more

3R is an RV service center near Union, MO. They have a certified AQuaHot technician who repaired my system when others failed. My RV water pump kept blowing fuses and they diagnosed the problem and replaced it with a higher capacity one. The real reason you should go there, however is that they are family run, hard working with generous hours (including Saturdays) and are some of the friendliest people I've ever worked with. Being in the service industry myself I know how hard it can be but 3R "gets it." The dealer I thought I could count on in St. Louis was giving me a service date 7 weeks out and we were to leave in 5 weeks. No debate. No consideration. Jimmie said they could get to it in a week and it was ready for pick up a day after that. 3R is now my first choice in RV service even though they are almost 2 hours away. They have a well stocked showroom also. read more
