Marlando returned my call and was awesome to work with. A+ for customer service. He scheduled my appointment and we were set to go. Then there was some confusion with the person who was supposed to come but as soon as i contacted Marlando, he had the problem rectified before i even got home and had two people come clean my house to make up for lost time. The two people who came were really good. I wish i had a before picture of my oven but they had it sparkling!! They didn't get to all the rooms in my house but I blame myself because my house was a pretty big mess. They even washed my dishes and did a thorough cleaning and dusting of my sons room, our living room, office, kitchen and two bathrooms. All the clutter was left in manageable piles per my consent and all surfaces were dusted and cleaned. They finished the job with vacuuming and mopping. I think if i had some time to declutter, i would have probably made it easier for them to be more productive. Overall i would recommend them. FYI their company policy is not to take out the trash just in case they throw something out that you didn't want to throw out. I would hire them again. I hired this company to clean my parents house for Thanksgiving last year. I gave a deposit of…read more$283.11 - The cleaners weren't able to get it and the appointment was cancelled. I was promised a full refund by the owner that would take 3-5 days to promise. The refund never came. I proceeded to try to contact this company both through the company contact information and the owner from December 5th - February 9th. I finally received a text from the owner on the 9th that she was on bedrest and I would get my return when she was out of the hospital. (Important to note that she was actively filming videos out and about on social media during this time). I then tried to get in contact with her more. I finally heard from her again on May 1st. She told me that she just got off maternity leave and "was hoping to get some business closed by next week." It is now August and I am back to being ignored. I thought I was being kind by giving her time because I know life happens but she stole from me and I'm beyond disappointed. I would stay away. A lack of values and morals is a huge red flag for me in any business.
