The worst service ever…read more the sales person was very aggressive abusive and racist Today I arrived at the store at 730 am .I told The only sales person with glasses that was there that I need it to purchase an Ac unit.he told me that the unit wasn't there .that it was going to arrive approx in 2 hours With altitude.I left and came back after the 2 hours and I asked the sales person for the unit and he responded me very aggressive that the unit didn't arrive . I needed it to finish urgently a job then I called the store and they told that the unit was there.The sales person had denied me that the unit was there.I came back to the store and told the sales person that I was told that the unit was there. He started yelling out with worst attitude . made me wait longer then gave me an unit with a box almost destroyed wrap around badly with tape. He was trayin to intimidated by cursing me out He throw out my credit card on the floor .He wanted me to get out his store. He had all the intentions of hit me There was 2 receiving guys only observing the way he treated me. I realize that he had sold me an unit with a blown fuse. I never experience in my live such of bad service.incredible I also realize today that he had over charged me an unit that I purchased last week with elevated prices. He sold me an unit 2 ton with the price of 2.5 ton. The only reason I purchased the unit was because I was desperate to finish 2 jobs and I was running out of time. I have never been treated as bad the worst service ever. I will make sure all my Ac colleagues don't come back to purchase at this store

Purchased a beautiful wool broadloom that was just the right size for a fantastic price. I also had them stabilized the edges of two older oriental carpets and they did a great job. Totally ruined the surprise and impact. (and cost $75) You know when you want to surprise someone on a special day? That day happened to be a Sunday and I don't live in the area, so I went looking for a flower shop that would deliver on a Sunday in Fort Lauderdale. Ideal Orchids had good reviews and the perfect plant. The website was fairly easy to use, so you can order directly on there at any time of the day (versus calling). They also do same-day delivery. When I ordered it, I designated for it to be delivered on a specific Sunday (again, it was time-sensitive). I got an immediate email confirmation with the delivery date stated clearly (incl. my additional note to leave the flowers on the front steps if no one answers) and was stoked about the quick response. The day came and went and I never heard from my friend. I finally texted on Monday to ask if he'd gotten a special surprise in the mail and... nope! At this point I emailed the address listed at the bottom of the confirmation as the contact email to ask what was going on. A few hours after that (a day late), the flowers were delivered by an extremely flustered woman. Apparently she had to go back to the truck several times because she hadn't brought the flowers up to the door when she knocked, and then when she brought the flowers, she left the gift note in the car... By that time, she let him know she was having a bad day. Sigh... Ok, I get it, we all have bad days, but you're delivering flowers with a "congrats" note! Maybe don't vent to the recipient? My friend let me know he'd gotten them and how it went down and I went back to my email and saw a confirmation of delivery. Again-- a day late. It even said on the confirmation that the delivery date picked was March 1st, and the delivery was confirmed on March 2nd. No note to let me know what had happened. I emailed again to say I'm really disappointed and that, at the very least, I should be refunded the $15 delivery fee. Crickets. It sucks because the flowers were really pretty, but being able to trust that your order will be delivered when you designated is a big deal. It lost a lot of its meaning because it wasn't a surprise on the day of the accomplishment AND I ruined the surprise by asking the next day. Also, the person who delivered it really made it an unpleasant experience on top of it being late. I would never use this service again. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and then lack of response to two separate emails afterwards is very bad customer service. If you choose them, I'd recommend calling and triple confirming that they will deliver on the day you need. A confirmation email is not sufficient.

Why would a florist not deliver on one of the best weeks for sending flowers? We thought, a shop owner can make his own rules. We requested our money back and was told we would get a refund. Now almost a week later, we have not received a refund and the florist does not pick up the phone. You cannot leave a voicemail (mailbox full) I am not sure what is going on with this business but they took our money and we did not get flowers for mothers day. I hope nothing is seriously wrong but buyer beware!
