She didn't get offended when I showed her what design I wanted on my nails and the first try wasn't close so she tried again. She wanted to make sure I was happy with my nails and service. I told her to please not to cut or burn me since that's my usual experience at other salons but not with her. She was patient and understanding. I came in for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was fine, but the manicure was completely unsatisfactory. The design wasn't what I asked for, and I was so disappointed that I had them remove everything, leaving with bare nails. She asked me to come back so she could redo the nails, which I agreed to, taking more time out of my day. Unfortunately, even after the second attempt, I still wasn't happy and left with nothing on my nails. I paid $140 total, including a $60 pedicure and a tip. I was only refunded $25 for the manicure--even though no final service was done. That's completely unacceptable. As a long-time client, I expected much better treatment and professionalism. This experience showed a clear lack of customer care and accountability. Save your time and money--go elsewhere. read more

Brought my daughter for manicure and Kathy helped us out. My daughter (11yrs old) asked for basic clear with white tip (im a guy dont know the names but I let my daughter talk to Kathy and get what she wanted). This lady was busy talking to her peers and made my daughter bleed on two areas as she was cutting the skin and went too far into her nail. She took care of it, didnt apologize and made it seem like it was my daughters fault. When it came time to paint the nails (my daughters own nails- not fake nails) she went ahead and did the tip white. The tip was all bumpy and jot straight. My daughter told her and she told her ( I fix for you). Touched up here and there but the result was the same and told her.. done and left her to come and charge me $35. My daughter told me all this until after I had paid, she didnt want to be mean and decided to stay quiet. Lesson learned, dont take my daughter to this place anymore and be right next to her when dealing with people like Kathy that like to take advantage of others. My husband gifted me a certificate for my nails, when i showed up i was refused service because children aren't allowed in this shop which i had no idea. i asked for refund of certificate which the shop said they couldn't do, while leaving my daughter was pushed out by lady in white lab coat...fast forward i return another time without my daughters in attempt to use my certificate before it expires i asked for basic french tip pedicure and pink and white tip nails.. during my service i was asked if id like something to drink i smelt coffee so i asked for coffee lady in the white coat laughed said she had something better she proceeded to give me a pink beverage when i sipped it turns out it's Alcohol, yes she gave me alcohol without asking my age and its around 11am which i found very strange.. now it's time to pay, the amount she's saying isn't adding up so i told her not to try and take advantage of me because i was wearing nice things and driving a nice car i didn't want anyone trying to get me drunk and overcharge me. so i stated i would only pay for what i asked for. after agreeing on the total i handed her the certificate and she looked upset maybe she wanted to so say from the start i'd be paying with a certificate so they can treat me differently which is why i never mentioned the certificate until after the services. she asked me to not come back which i never wanted to go here in the first place i was forced into receiving services so i don't take a lost with the certificate. My mom and little sister came in the other day to get their nails done. my sister wanted her nails like the picture the lady did something else lol. She obviously didn't do a good job so i asked her to fix the nails nicely and she refused and said it looks even better than the picture. she started yelling at me and getting crazy and tried kicking me out because i was confronting her in front of costumers. My friend and I got pedicures here today 7/10. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. First, my friend got extremely hot water in her bowl so she had to ask them to add cold water and when she did she walked away allowing the bowl to completely over flow. Water went everywhere and they used dirty towles to toss around to clean up you could see the dirty skin and dust all over the floor. SECOND, my nail tech used a towl to clean off her shoe and toes before coloring my nails and tried to use that same towel to wipe my toes with. I had to stop her and ask her to use a clean towel and that I seen her use this towel on her feet. LAST, no where does it say you have to pay cash but at check out they made us use their ATM to get cash out which charges over $1 to use. NOT VERY CLEAN !! read more

I would not recommend this place. This is about my 4th time with this place. The first 2 times here was a pleasant experience but these last 2 times were a joke. First they over charge way too much. I mean don't get me wrong i completely understand that prices went up due to COVID but $50 for a SIMPLE pedicure? Second how do you only cut and polish toes and charge $25?? I only come here to get my eyebrows done though because Kathy does such a great job and not to mention she doesn't hurt with the waxing and the little plucking. Had to get acrylic on my big toes because of chip. Had to tell her a leaf 5 times to cut them down lower because I didn't want my nail past my toe also told her several times that the weren't straight... finally just gave up and figured I'll fix them when I go home. She was very rough with the file and ended up filing my skin down till it bled then she just told me sorry put your foot in the water then continued being rough.... Went home with lopsided toe nails and a bloody foot.... And she overcharged me by $10... worst pedicure of my life read more

So let me start off by saying I've been here a few times (usually got my nails done with Tara but she no longer works here... my mom comes here all the time and gets her eyebrows waxed and pedicures never really had an issue. & I really hate to complain so for me to sit here and go out of my way to write a BAD review on a place , speaks volumes. So Kathy (the owner) is the one doing my nails and as she's prepping my nails she tells me how short my nails are and that there's not much room for design & I mention how I'm getting acrylics so it shouldn't be an issue since I always get designs on my nails. Already that's a red flag because if you're a nail tech , you should know how to work with all nails and with what your client requests & it's not like I asked for a crazy design anyways. So she's doing my nails and they're coming out pretty good .. she did cut me .. but overall shape was nice. So I go and wash my hands and it's time for nail polish & designs and another lady is doing them not sure what her name is. Every nail had a design & it was done in like 10minutes , super rushed , super messy , i don't know if it's because it was gel it got super thick but I was like ok it's not terrible I'll deal with it.. didn't really pay much attention to detail until I paid and walked out. I sat in my car and wanted to immediately start crying they were SO BAD. My nails were uneven, thick , some nails were crooked, i had acrylic all built up underneath the nails, the designs were messy .. everything that could've possible went wrong, did. I was too embarrassed & felt bad going back in and complaining plus I didn't have time to sit there and wait for them to be fixed so I just went home and thankfully I have a nail drill and drilled off all of the gel and all the extra acrylic underneath my nails. I explained to my mom what had happened and she immediately called Kathy & complained and Kathy was very rude on the phone and said there was nothing she could do about the problem & kept saying she couldn't talk because she had someone else calling her. Not to mention the set was $70 + $1 for using debt card + I tipped $10.. so a total of $81 & nothing could be done about this disaster. Definitely don't recommend this place. Worst experience ever. I went in last week on 4.19.2019 to get a full set and pedicure. Some of my nails were already off and I asked for a fill on the rest ( the last shop I went to too them off too early and I didn't want them to bleed again) she tried taking them off when I asked her not to , my nails were hurting and starting to bleed like the last time. The guy doing my pedicure kept burning my toes with the tool. After everything was done they charged me $96. It hasn't even been a full week (4.24.2019) and my nails are already breaking. They are overpriced , don't take their time and overall not worth it.
