From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly accommodating, making sure our lanes were set up, food came out on time, and everyone was taken care of. The food was surprisingly good for a bowling alley hot, fresh, and perfect for snacking between games. You could tell the team there knew how to handle big crowds and keep things running smoothly. The bartenders absolutely killed it last night they were nonstop busy, but still smiling the whole time. I'll admit, we probably drove them a little crazy with how many rounds of shots we ordered, but they handled it like pros. They were total sweethearts, keeping the drinks flowing and the energy high even as we got a little tipsy and loud. It really added to the party atmosphere and made the night even more memorable. I see that 4 lanes are sitting empty and I ask if we could just bowl for 30-40 minutes because now my kids are melting down. We also paid a bar tab + provided arcade game cards for our guests who wanted to play. It was honestly an amazing party. It was great to have a home base of billiards/bowling which is a quieter section, after being in and out of the arcade. Many people were impressed with the food. The areas were spacious & clean. Drinks were great as well. Karen, the events manager is amazing. She understood me and my vision for my son's party. She always responded extremely fast via email with great details.
