Just now I looked again and there's no sign of them even having a dining area much less, what the daily menu might be. Compare that to BSA where at any time you can look up their menu to see what they are serving. I went here a couple weeks ago about 5:30 p.m. which I thought would be a safe time, right in the middle of a normal dinner time. But they had very few offerings. There was a fairly extensive salad bar so that's what I got. Everything else except for maybe pizza seemed to be closed for the day. I think someone told me those foods are only available until 2:30. But as I was leaving I saw people lined up to order hamburgers from the grill so that information given to me must have been incorrect. I could have gotten a hamburger or something instead of, or to go along with, my salad. The salad itself was perfectly good. Certainly not gourmet, nor did I expect that. I have noticed that all hospital cafeterias seem to serve food that I do not personally consider overly healthy, laden with chemicals, preservatives, fillers and excessive salt and sugar. I would expect better from a hospital than from a restaurant. At BSA they definitely have a 10% senior discount. At Northwest there didn't seem to be any such thing and I think I did remember to ask about it but the employee was far from friendly and pretty much ignored my question. I was charged by the pound for the salad and it came to $8. I just noticed at the top of the receipt it says the Blue Point Cafe so I will try googling that to see if any more information comes up. The foods on the menu that sounded good would only be available at lunch time I guess. I didn't get a picture of the salad bar but I did get a picture of my actual salad. It was a warm enough day that it did hit the spot. I love desserts but none of theirs looked appealing enough to buy. A different person might find something they liked though. If you happen to be visiting someone in the hospital then I'm sure this place would do the job. I do think that the employees need to be a little more welcoming. I realize it's not a restaurant but basic human decency says people should be pleasant and friendly and helpful to each other. The people at BSA have always been so to me. Example of their selfish behavior....not wanting to participate in Halloween fundraiser for the community because they weren't winning any of the games. Ashleigh herself said they were demonstrating selfish behavior. Example of lies...Maria (PTA) wouldn't clockin/out multiple times even given MULTIPLE reminders. She had mutilple reminders sent to her (over 50 emails) but still claim she only got 3 reminders. If you're looking to work with them be prepared to deal with lies, gossip, poor training, etc. it will not be a pleasurable experience. Even Christine the current DOR applied multiple times for the position and the therapists were such jerks not to hire her and she really wanted it to. She gossips and is a bully just like the rest. But if you're will to deal with them...good luck! Improving the experience and environment is to truly hold those liars and cheaters and gossipers and bullies accountable for their actions. Don't flap your jaws about change but actually make the change!

The ER Dr explained things to me no one else did/would, including the spine "company" that did the injection. They also helped me understand much more of what was going on in with my back issue after doing a CT Scan and X-Rays. I really appreciated the time, the input and the knowledge regarding how I had been told by the spine center to manage my back pain (which hasn't been working). After an EKG, chest x-ray and the nurse took lab samples for Covid, Flu and Strepp throat. The nurses couldn't have been any better! Anyway Dr. Farley came back in I explained to him that I have a long history of Upper Respiratory Infections. He sent the nurse in with an aspirin. Almost 5 & 1/2 hours later he came back in and said everything is good. He diagnosed me with "ACUTE UPPER RESPIRATORY INFECTIONS AND WROTE ON THE DISCHARGE PAPERS TO PURCHASE MUCUNEX DM.
