Chris at Excess Look Auto Solutions is both talented and trustworthy. It is not easy to find a car body shop that you can trust and also has experience working on more luxury cars. I recently went to visit Chris to get an estimate for some minor repairs on my bumper. I first went to the body shop recommended by the Mercedes dealership and they quoted me over $1,300 to repair the damage and said it would take at least 4 days, so that's another few hundred in rental fees. I really did not trust their quote and wanted a second opinion. I asked for recommendations on the Nextdoor app and that is how I came across Excess Look Auto. Scheduling an appointment for a quote was very easy. There location is a little tricky, just turn into parking lot when you see the Taco Bell and they are right behind them. Chris looked over the damage and said "let me try something, I'll be right back". I did not even hear him come back, but within 5 minutes he snapped my bumper back into place and wiped the paint off with a microfiber cloth. He did not charge me and saved me about 2k. I'm glad I went with my gut and I'm even more glad I found these guys. I will only be taking my car here for any cosmetic damages my cars might need in the future. read more

There was a very nice girl that I talked to on the phone, she also was the same girl that welcomed me as I arrived. This is not your regular tunnel style car wash. They wash all cars by hand. The team was very friendly as well. The entire detailing process took about 4 hours, which is pretty standard, and it came out better than I expected.
