A truck backed into my parked car. After submitting a claim my regular mechanic suggested I take it here. Exclusive auto body took care of everything. When I dropped my vehicle off there was a rental waiting for me, after giving them the claim number they took care of the rest. My car looks great!They detailed my car after fixing the damage. I had a lot of sap on there. To be honest-I don't think I've washed my car since my dad passed. When I was leaving Craig said "you can't leave sap on your car too long because it'll harden" in like a dad kind of fashion lol. It was all in all a great experience and I'm glad Exclusive auto body was recommended to me. read more

My Toyota Camry was rear-ended at 45 MPH, while I was stopped at a red light. I found Exclusive Auto Body online, after checking out many, many reviews. Craig walked me through every step of the way. The insurance assessor was originally leaning towards totaling the car, and when I mentioned where I was planning on bringing the car, he told me that Craig was one of the very few people he would trust for a job such as mine. Craig allowed me not to worry about the accident, even going so far as to arrange for my rental car. Exclusive Auto Body has my strongest recommendation! read more

Exclusive is just that! Exclusive. The team at the shop is welcoming, yet far from pushy, kind, curious and very helpful. I have had several experiences with the shop and their incredible work. One of my vehicles I was sure was totaled, however, Craig and the crew brought it back to a level I defied anyone to tell it was ever in an accident. Door and hood seam alignment were better than new. Even small repairs exceeds my expectations. I could go on, but suffice it to say there is no other body shop that offers such Exclusive service, attention to detail and very reasonable pricing. Thank you Exclusive!!! read more

I was very happy with the work that Exclusive did with my company vehicle. I was having a hard time with the Insurance company and he was able to handle them as well. As a business owner, it was tough for me to juggle my work and handling the Insurance co. so he was able to clear that off my schedule. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs repairs to go to Exclusive if you want honest and efficient work done. read more

This auto body shop is a nice, family run place. They are very helpful and fit me into their full schedule as I needed a side mirror replaced, and you can't drive your car without it. The price was very reasonable and the work was done in an hour, as promised. It was done meticulously. Highly recommended. read more

Nichole Boyes 3 reviews·4 photos…read moreI'm going to try to keep this short and sweet I had worked on twice at this place did amazing work the third time I purchased my alternator for $300 at advanced Auto cuz I had somebody that was going to do the work and they backed out so I brought my car to priority auto with the part Alan the owner said he would make a deal if I paid cash so I paid cash we filled out the paperwork said I would get a copy when the work was done when he signs off on it four days later I go to get my car he says oh you changed the alternator but now your battery is dead trying to get me to get a new battery I said no well I go to pick up my car my car makes it home and dies I called my friend that was going to do the work for me he couldn't because he was just too busy take a look underneath and I could and realize that my alternator had been spray painted this would be why he did not give me my core back I have went in numerous times and talk to Bryce saying that I need a copy of my receipt and he proceeds to tell me I have to wait for the owner I still have not been provided with a copy of this work that was done on my vehicle mind you they did not change the alternator they spray painted it and kept my part and I've been without a car for 2 weeks now so I will be filing a police report with the West Warwick Police department and I have just started the process with t better Business bureau do not take your car to them one thing fixed something else breaks the following week or how about they just fix things and add it to your bill and expect you to pay it that happened me the last time I gave them the benefit of the doubt and now I'm without a vehicle

I have used exclusive auto body personally and referred several friends to craig and mary. Upfront I'll disclose that I have known them for years through church we had met at and attended together and still remain in contact and remain good friends tho I attend elsewhere now. This review is not clouded by our friendship and is a true and accurate reflection of the experience I had w the business and have seen with all customers in general The customer service is beyond description. After the moment I gave up all of my pertinent information related to the accident and insurance information next thing I had to do was pick up a finished job better than original. Rental was arranged and was never a out a vehicle through the whole process. Was kept abreast of all that was going on and vehicle was done before expected and work was phenomenal. They did what was more the fair to keep costs down and car was in better condition inside and out when picked up. Dropped rental at shop and drove away thinking couldn't have had a better outcome from what was expected hassle of dealing with insurance company and hoping my auto body repair shop choice was the right one which comes along with a car accident and have proudly referred 4 or 5 friends who would give the exact account of their dealings with exclusive auto body. Refreshing to see a business run with honesty and integrity and standards that exceed expectations by far. Exclusive Auto Body is simply amazing! The moment I spoke to Craig on the phone, I knew I was in good hands. He made an accident that was extremely stressful into an extraordinary experience. He did a beautiful job on our vehicle, and made it look brand new. He also has fantastic customer service. Craig picked up our vehicle at my job for the initial inspection and dealt with the insurance company. He even handled getting us a rental car. I would like to highly recommend Exclusive Auto Body as a place to have your car repaired. Great work and HONEST. I was quoted a price for a job and Craig mentioned it might come out to less than the quote. I was happy with the quote so I said he can keep the difference if it comes out to less. When picking up the car, he had a detailed receipt and the difference ready for me even after telling him he could keep it. Great guy / great shop. Highly recommended! read more

I have used Exclusive for over ten years with multiple family members accidents including myself. Craig has always performed flawless work at reasonable prices. Starting with my wife's uncle's , when a tree fell on her car while driving, a storefront accident and my rear backup bumper accident. This is the best auto body shop in Rhode Island. Craig is kind, helpful, fair, and honest! Not like most auto body shops that are pushy and try to overcharge you.
