I purchased a service from her on Groupon for my mother and I. I was visiting my mom from out of state. First she asked me to canceled my Groupon order and rebook with her directly. I told her that group would not allow me. We booked the appointments for 5 pm and 6pm for the facials, in which 2 hours later she cancelled the appointments. She then offered a 9 pm and 10 pm appointment. Way too late for us. When I declined, she offered an appointment for the next day in the afternoon, I could not attend due to my flight. I am now attempting to get a refund from Groupon in which I had to open a claim as they only offered me Groupon bucks. The claim was decline by Groupon due to her saying that the services on the Groupon was completed. I am very disappointed with this service. If you don't want people using the Groupon, don't offer it. read more

I recently purchased the deal through Groupon and tried to make an appointment over the phone as their given website wasn't even working. so I called to book over the phone. it was about 12pm on Sunday I called and I left a message with my name and number. this lady texted me and asked me to book an appointment through the link she shared. I booked for the same day and texted back to confirm my booking. she said we are close for the day so I asked herif I can come tomorrow. she called me right away and shouted at me saying don't you read the message and when a person is off duty you shouldn't bother them and I'm sure you would also not like if any one calls you for work when you are off and then she hung up on me. very nasty attitude she had. I wish i could give this establishment no stars. I came here referred to by a friend via groupon. Once she found out I had purchased this deal she was furious and started to talk about how my friend was dumb enough to make me buy from a groupon. This immediately made me very uncomfortable. Her facial extractions were very rough and harsh and i felt she was angry at me the entire time. I've had many facials in the past so i know what extractions are suppose to feel like. The ambiance of the place is very messy and unorganized. At a place where facials happen it should be clean and hygienic and I did not feel that way at all. To top it all off she used a cheap sheet mask on me which shocked me, my old facial lady would make me a nice jelly or clay mask but it was evident that Quantia was not using good products on me, i really couldn't wait for the facial to be over. I also made the mistake of purchasing a 2 facial package with her so when it came time for me to redeem my second facial she gave me a really hard time. She claimed she only takes groupon clients once a week therefore putting a limited availability on when I could book. And when I would agree to a date a few minutes after her sending me available dates she would immediately respond saying never mind she is booked, as if it is possible to get booked that quickly. She gave me the epitome of a horrible experience and looking at her reviews on various sites it isn't hard to say I'm not the only one. She has a horrible attitude as a business owner. Spend your money elsewhere!!! I went in because I was gifted a facial and really was looking forward to a relaxing experience. Unfortunately what I received was not that, it wasn't even what was paid for. I had a 60 minute facial booked and my facial lasted 40 minutes, so 20 minutes were paid for but unused? I spent 15 minutes doing paperwork that she didn't even look at. No type of neck or shoulder massage, which is stated in the treatment description. The place had a bad smell and was messy. Not a relaxing environment. I expressed to her that I was concerned about my skin scars and after this facial, I was left with even more scars because of her harsh extractions. She didn't discuss with me any products I was using or skin types otherwise. For such an expensive treatment you should leave feeling relaxed and beautiful and neither of those will happen here. read more

I've been to many places for facials and this was by far the best facial I have ever gotten. I had such a great experience! She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything she put on my face, she explained before using and what the benefits were. For the extractions, yes ouch, but they hurt wherever you go.
