The time from start to repaired and on the road was impressive. They communicated the details thoroughly through the repair process as well. The have 5 bays and a collision shop in the back lot of the building. They have a comfy waiting area as well. I'll be coming back here from now on for all my auto and truck repairs.

I was already working with Scott at Michigan Sandblasting and planned to have my Jeep's underbody sandblasted there. Rashid told me they could apply POR-15 afterward, so based on that I paid to have the Jeep towed down there. After it arrived, everything changed. Rashid started questioning the project and for over a week I was given the runaround. Multiple times Rashid told me he would "talk to Scott figure out a solution and call me back," but the call back never happened. Every time I followed up I got the same vague response and nothing actually moved forward. Rashid knew all of the details prior to me towing it down there. If this wasn't a job they wanted to take on, that should have been communicated from the beginning instead of telling me to bring the vehicle down and spend money towing it there. It's extremely frustrating to be told something can be done, only to have the shop avoid giving a straight answer after the vehicle is already there. Very disappointing and unprofessional way to handle a customer. I wasted time and money because they couldn't simply be upfront about whether they were willing to do the work.

    Almost a year and a half ago I met Dave at a part store,I was looking for someone to redo all the…read moretrim and moldings and wheel out my 79 Smokey and the Bandit Trans AM..He gave me a tour,seemed like great guys so,I hired them to do the job..I'm very picky on who works on my car because one,she's my baby and two only has 48k miles and is an investment...When they called and said it was ready,I got so excited to see my car! When I got there, I just couldn't believe my eyes! There was wax still caked in my rims, wasn't buffed out well at all,...My T-tops were off so I could see the trim well when I tried to put them on, I could not get them in..They tried forcefully to put them in and couldn't get it..My door handle was broke because it's hard to close the doors now etc..I went off!! It looked worse then before I brought it in!! Told em to fix everything and I will be back..Upon my return,they fixed the handle,got all the wax off, somehow got the T-tops in and ironically screwed me out of more money saying they found an electrical problem which I never asked them to look at..They said to leave the T-tops on so the molding can form,which makes sense..Well last month, after well over a year I finally took them off and guess what??!! They STILL won't go in!!! .. As a very unhappy customer,I was gonna write this letter sooner,but just chalked it up as a bad experience and let it go. But as I was trying hard to get my tops on(which they're still off),I just got mad all over again!!!!! So here's my letter!.. I would never recommend this company ever, I've warned alot of my upscale car friends, and have been seeking someone to clean up their mess! With the amount of money I spent,people tell me to take it back to them but I won't because I'm afraid they will wreck something else..and honestly they did a horrible job!

    I have NEVER said this on a review, but if you are a person of COLOR...DO NOT COME HERE! I checked…read moreout a car on CarGurus and called to inquire. I reached a man named TONY C who told me that the $5500 listed was NOT the price. He said it was $6000-$7000, and it was a MECHANICS SPECIAL and they had NOT inspected it. I advised again on what I was seeing and I started the paperwork for the deal and printed my summary. He said he had to check out the info and would call back. When I hung up, Jessica O called stating she saw my inquiry online and asked if I wanted to see the car. I advised of the above, and she had me text screenshots to her and apologized saying she wanted to know where Tony got the numbers , why he used the term "mechanic's special, and ASSUMED I NEEDED THEIR FINANCING. She stated that while they WOULD NOT finance the car, I could ABSOLUTELY obtain my own through a third party. She stated she would call me back. A few minutes later, Tony C called stating that he could NOT sell me the car because they weren't financing it and gave me a song and dance. I NEVER said I needed financing. As a matter of fact, I had already been pre-approved and had whatever money was needed. I advised him of Jessica's conversation with me and I told him to talk to her. Then Jessica calls back stating she spoke to the Finance Mgr and I could indeed have the car for the $5500 listed. So I set a time to see the car for 11a on Wed Oct 15th. TODAY I called before going and Carol told me to ask for Rich Putty. I went in and DOWNHILL it went. Rich tried to give me to TONY C. I explained what happened the day before. So now RICH P is agitated. He tells me I have to put down $500 dollars for a TEST DIVE! I ho out and tell my husband. My hubby comes in and asks why? RICH P says if we didn't want to do that, we could TEST DRIVE IT IN THE PARKING LOT! Yall, they treated us like THIEVES! Why on earth would I want to STEAL their RAGGEDY 2015 Patriot that had ALL KIND OF LIGHTS ON (engine, brakes, tires, etc.)? Plus, my hubby and I can go ANYWHERE to SIGN AND DRIVE, but I just needed a reliable car to take out of state. RICH pawns me off on CAROL and my hubby was like LETS GO. We left. In hindsight, after the way TONY C LIED about the price and how he COULDN'T sell me a car, I shouldn't have wasted my time. In this space that we're in, keep your RACISM out of your business b/c as forestated, we were NOT rude or anything to them. We were just THE WRONG COLOR, and maybe they thought we were desperate for any TRASHY car they had. If you look at my reviews, you will see that in my EIGHT YEARS of being an ELITE YELPER, I have NEVER written a review so long and detailed. So, PEOPLE OF COLOR, DO NOT COME HERE!

So I was FORCED to take down my previous review in order t get my car fixed…read more So check this out I went up to the dealership to talk to the service manager because he himself told me that my car would be diagnosed on Friday. I called on Friday & he told me not only was my vehicle not diagnosed but that the technician who can do it (because there were only two) would be out that following week so it wouldn't be done next week either. So that means my car would be sitting in their parking lot for 2 WEEKS just to get diagnosed. Crazy right! So when I get there NO ONE spoke to me. The manager was talking to someone so of course I didn't expect him to stop, but my service tech walked right past me & didn't say a thing. Okay you're upset about the review but I was upset about the service. I see Kennedy, another service tech, so I go speak to her and ask her what's going on. At that moment my service tech walks up and now wants to talk to me. No thank you sir, you walked by me & ignored me don't come to me now trying to talk to me. I didn't tell or anything, but the next thing I knew he pulled my car up by the service door and handed me my keys. I told him that I drove up there by myself & I came to figure out what was going on but he didn't care and walked away. I left to go pick up my mom & she came back & spoke with the manager. Apparently they didn't like my review & told my mom that if I take it down my car would be diagnosed that following weeks. THE SAME WEEK THEY SAID THE TECH WHO COULD DO IT WAS OUT!!!! So I took it down & they changed my adviser to Kennedy who is wonderful I have nothing bad to say about her whatsoever. Luckily it was diagnosed that following Monday & the work was complete by Friday, but I will NEVER EVER EVER take my car back to that service department. I went to a different location for a service and they had my vehicle diagnosed with 48 hours! Here though it will take a week
