I am always skeptical of car services, especially when they have a few reviews of individuals being stranded at the airport. However, I took a chance on Execucar and they did not disppoint. If you are from LA you know that LAX has made some major changes to Uber/Lyft pick ups, making it basically impossible to find a driver. In order to avoid this, I hired Execucar. They are a bit pricey, but still the cheapest quote I was given by far (and you can't put a price on peace of mind). On the day of arrival we were delayed about 30 minutes, and I arrived on the tarmac to a confirmation that my driver was waiting for me and clear instructions on where to go. We did have to walk over to the LAXit section for car pick ups, but everyone needs to do that these days. Our driver was waiting for us when we arrived, packed us up, and we were on our way. Not only was it a very pleasant experience, but extremely stress-free (what more can you ask for). Will be taking execucar from now on. read more

Great service! I use ExecuCar for airport service, I am based in San Diego and use services for both San Diego Airport and LAX. Clean, reliable and affordable. Friendly drivers! Deducted just one start as I had ONE bad driver...but that should not defer from the multitude of outstanding service I've received over the years. Love the texting service, reminders, etc. And I get Delta points for using them, a plus. Adding on international cities with partners is great, I used in London their partner with the same outstanding service. Additionally I will call out going above and beyond - several months ago had major flight diversion and contacted the Service center, wherein they were able to retrieve my reservation and make changes (with NO additional charges) - as I was stuck in northern Canada en-route from EU to US, with limited cell or internet. They communicated with the driver directly and I did not have to worry. Fabulous customer service! Highly recommend ExecuCar. read more

Had an 3 am pick up and the gentlemen whom picked up was on time and professional. Requested a town car and a Cadillac SUV showed up. The car was clean, had water on hand, and ready to go. The app made reservation extremely easy, from scheduling to tipping. Would absolutely use this service again. read more

The ride was OK but the dispatch or maybe the driver tend to ignore your request that you put on reservation. The customer service sucks as well. I asked for a printed receipt when I reserved the service. The driver arrived without a printer. He asked me to call the customer service myself. WTF? Why did I spend time putting request if they don't even look? I called the customer service and the Lady, Mary, telling me I could use another company's service next time if I want to. DON'T EVER USE THIS SERVICE!!!! We had used them in the past with no problems, and booked them for pick up at home to LAX and then to take us home after our return. We paid in advance and got a confirmation. Then about an hour before we were to be picked up, they cancelled our reservation, saying no one was available. We didn't check our email until it appeared they were late, since it was very early in the morning. Luckily there was an Uber in the area and we made our flight. When we returned to LAX, we called in to say we arrived (we were right on time) and they told us someone would be there in a silver Honda van in 15-20 minutes. After 30 minutes, I called back and discovered that in fact they had no vans in the area and there would be no one coming! After much time spent on hold, I was finally connected with a manager. When I asked how this could happen when we had a confirmed reservation, he said they use free-lancers and sometimes people don't even tell them when they go off duty, so there could have been someone in the area when we first called who then went home without notifying them. They had NO ONE available despite our confirmed and paid for reservation. They did refund our money and we were able to get a Lyft ride home, but this was after waiting an hour to get their van. Absolutely unacceptable to run a business in this way. Even their dispatch manager agreed with me. Horrible customer service. read more

This company is fantastic! It was my first time traveling with a 5 month old and was trying to figure out a way that would be convenient to get to and from the airport with all of our stuff. I had an early morning flight and my driver arrived 15 minutes early and assisted with all my bags. Smooth drive to the airport wi th no issues. My return flight arrived earlier than scheduled, my driver was there waiting by baggage claim when I got there. Grabbed my bags and carseat and we were on our way. Will definitely use this service again since it's basically the same cost as a cab for me. Great company and service! read more

This option only cost a small amount more than using a shuttle van, so i figured I'd give it a try. Booking the reservation was quick and easy. I just needed to get myself and my son from our hotel to the San Diego airport. The driver was on time, he was dressed in a suit, and very well put together, and the Suburban was clean, and comfy, with leather seats, and air conditioning controls in the back as well. The driver put our luggage in the back and we were on our way. The ride was so smooth, I swore it felt more like we were gliding above the road instead of driving on it. The driver got us to our destination and even walked our luggage over to the curb. My son was impressed, and I won major mom points for this. I'll definitely use this service again. read more

Be careful! I had a 6:15 AM flight out of San Diego and was to be picked up at 4:15 AM in El Cajon. I waited. At 4:45 AM I was texted a cancellation. Fortunately I had a back up plan. Reserved a town car for trip from Oceanside to San Diego Airport. Driver was on time and very personable, trip was good. Dropped us right in front of baggage check and helped with luggage. This is our second summer using the town car instead of the shuttle van and it is worth the few dollars more to go straight to the airport. read more

The paid ride was for a meet and greet (extra charge) but when we arrived at baggage claim (flight was even slightly delayed), the driver called and said he was off site and that he could park and greet us, but would take 15 minutes. Since we were already at baggage claim, we met him at the curbside after waiting 5 minutes. Could have just used Uber. Despite waiting in the hot sun, there was no water in the car (was traveling with my kids). Car was clean and the ride was comfortable. Not sure why I had to pay the extra charge. read more

I use ExecuCar in many different cities, and my experience here in San Diego has to be one of the best. My driver, Milos, was on time and waiting for me after I deplaned, and he even helped get my luggage (my luggage arrived on an earlier flight so was locked away in an office). On the drive to the hotel, he explained the sites and scenes of the town. He was very knowledgeable and gave many different suggestions for site seeing. If you need a great car service and don't want to take a chance with whatever the Uber app serves up to you, ExecuCar is the way to go. read more

I've been using ExecuCar as my personal limo service for the last 10 years at least! I travel frequently and can always rely on the utmost and truly reliable service to the airport and meet and greet service on my return. I request Sasha Djordjevic in car #7804 every time. He's the best there is. Prompt, professional, super courteous and friendly. He will NOT let you down! He goes above and beyond anyone else in the business! My return flights have often been delayed by 2 or 3 hours! UGH! And to my relief .. Sasha is ALWAYS there waiting for me with a smile! He makes the start and end of every trip wonderful for me! He picks me up @ 4:00 am from my home .. or meets me @ 11:00 pm when my flight comes in delayed. I can't tell you how that makes me feel -- knowing my driver is there! Here's the trick .. when you get him -- get his cell number and add him to your contacts and he'll add you to his. When you book and request him on the website -- send him a text message with your confirmation # with date/time of service a few days before. He will make sure to follow up with dispatch so they don't send you someone else. :-) read more

As a long time user of ExecuCar to get to and from the airport, ExecuCar does not get a third strike on transportation from the airport to home. A month ago a shuttle was sent to meet us at the airport instead of the ExecuCar that had be scheduled months in advance. Ok, we did get home and the drive was just fine. But it wasn't what I ordered and paid for. I did get a 50% refund. Just yesterday ExecuCar had their second strike, ExecuCar did not show up to meet us nor were we informed of any problem. After getting our luggage and checking again for the driver, 40 minutes after scheduled arrival, a call to ExcecuCar resulted in the despatcher saying a car couldn't be found and no shuttle was available. Are you kidding me? The despatcher had been trying to find a car and no success and a text wasn't sent to me with information about a delay. Not good service. I stated that I would use Uber and I expected a refund. "Not my area, I can't help with that." The car was cancelled and a refund notice was sent to me. No third strike for ExecuCar, they are out after the second screw up. Uber will be our transportation. read more

Very reliable, always on time. I like how when your going to airport you go outside and your car is there. When your picked up after a exhausted trip, you get a call there outside, with your name in window or they'll come in if you want. Now if they had senior discounts, would use them more. I work with a lot of town car services around the country as my boss travels quite a bit. I was excited that Execucar allowed me to book online, because the phone can be a real pain. But once booked, they were a real nightmare to deal with. First, dispatch hadn't assigned the driver until an hour and a half before the pick-up. When I called to find out the driver's cell phone number, in case of any problems with the pick-up the number listed on my email confirmation sent me to a national call center that didn't have info about local dispatch, and gave me a different number to call. Okay, that's not so bad, but why couldn't you transfer me? So I called local dispatch, and was on hold for 4.5 min before anyone picked up. I was on for just long enough for me to make my request before she put me back on hold for another minute and a half. Then she told me that she couldn't share the driver's cell phone number. That is ludicrous!!! I've never dealt with a towncar company that wouldn't share the driver's information before the pick-up! And what if something goes wrong? Are we supposed to call dispatch and be on hold for 7 minutes, just to relay a message to the driver? This sort of bad management could cause someone to miss a flight. I will never use this company again. read more

ExecuCar arrive promptly at 4:45 AM for our ride to the SD airport. In Baltimore, again, as soon as we deplaned there was a text from the driver so we knew exactly what to do. He was RIGHT OUTSIDE of baggage claim in a few moments. The reverse is true. We had promp0t and efficient service from our hotel back to Baltimore and then from airport to our SD home. I recently used this service via Super Shuttle. My normal transportation to the airport was not available and I needed fast reliable transportation and that's exactly what I received. My drivers were both very nice and professional. My return flight was after midnight and had a delay. My driver was still there waiting for me with water in the back seat for me. I have taken ExecuCar to and from the airport on four or five occasions and they have never been even one minute late. They are polite, professional, well dressed and the cars are always clean. Upon my return to San Diego, my driver has always been waiting at the bottom of the escalator holding a sign with my name on it. He escorts me to baggage claim and retrieves my bags. I am tremendously pleased and grateful for their wonderful service and wouldn't dream of using anyone else. read more

Would like to give negative stars if I could. I'm a commercial fisherman and work in Alaska. I have used this service several times when traveling to the airport to fly to meet my boat in Alaska. Always have had a great experience. This last time was horrible. I had a reservation and the driver was not only late but just didn't show at all. No phone call from either the driver or dispatcher. When I called to find out if someone was coming I was put on hold for 25 mins before being informed that the earliest they could have someone there would be another 30 mins. That's almost an hour late. I would have missed my flight and connecting flight to Alaska and would have missed the boat in Dutch harbor which would have cost me my job. Fortunately I called yellow cab who picked me up in 5 mins got me to the airport in time to make my flight and keep my job. Thanks yellow. If you want a fancy ride and aren't concerned about making your flight call execucar. If making your flight is a priority call someone else. read more
