I've left it here so you can see... when I purchased my car, they gave me a Due Bill (on Jan 9, 2026) for a part that needed to be replaced. Initially they said the part would probably be in the following week. Today is March 24th... after multiple attempts on my part to get the promised repair, it's still not fixed. I have contacted the dealership as well as Ike the owner... I began documenting our communications. At this point they are not acknowledging my attempts to reach them. I had problems getting my temporary tags when the permanent tags were not received. I started by interacting with them via phone because they were great when I bought the car... but they didn't follow through on what they said via phone. Now I insist on all communication being in writing. I suggest you do the same. Yes, I was very happy with the purchase process as I stated below, but after they got my money, their aftercare IS HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. I will NOT recommend them... at all! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I am so very, very pleased with Regnum Auto Motors! I found them on line, found a car perfect for me and they made it happen... very easy process... Ana was amazing. We weren't able to get to the dealership before their posted closing time but they stayed late to accommodate us. Very very impressed with the whole team... the owner gave me his personal cell number and said not to hesitate contacting him if I needed anything.. he did however request I not call at 2am LOL I HIGHLY recommend Regnum! They are a car dealership I will not hesitate to refer friends & family to

My friend and…read morehis wife, as well as I, have had nothing but terrible experiences from them, and the car that we bought there was not only a lemon, but in terrible condition, requiring repairs that will cost almost as much as they paid to buy the car. I've included the details below, and a picture of the estimate for those interested. Just be careful, bring the car to a mechanic YOU trust, and ultimately, I recommend you DON'T buy from them. They are UNTRUSTWORTHY and Unresponsive. I'll be happy to share texts, emails and other times that I've reached out to try and get them to help with the car. On January 10th, my friend and his wife bought a used Landrover Discovery, and once buying the car, signing up for an extended warranty, and being assured that the car was in good working order, they drove from Manassas to my store in Winchester, VA. Sheryl went to take one of our clientele to a local restaurant to get dinner, and upon getting back in the car and starting it back up, the car would not switch from Drive to Reverse. The Discovery had to be stopped, put in park, turned off completely and then turned back on again. This happened when she drove the ¼ mile back to the store as well. they immediately called the dealership and talked with our Sales Person, Jonathan, and he stated he would speak to the general manager. After several days, and several attempts to reach either the sales manager, or Jonathan, they finally agreed to have the car towed back to the dealership and take a look at it. After approximately a week they were called and told that the Land Rover was fine, and that they thoroughly tested the vehicle and could find nothing wrong with it. they went and got the vehicle back and drove home. they had it back for about a week and a half before the car started acting up again with error messages and driving hard. they left the car sit for about a week while they tried to get in contact with Anyone at the dealership with no luck. Sheryl and I finally took the car to a local mechanic that we know who refused to touch it do to all the error messages the car was coming back with when he tested the system. He immediately advised me to take it to a Land Rover dealership. Sheryl and I, again reached back out to your dealership with no response. Finally, they had the car towed to a Land Rover dealership.. After they took a look at the car, they came back with an estimate of over $9,000.00 for a vehicle that they paid $13,900.00 for. They stated that the fuel injectors were bad, the car was seriously leaking oil in various parts of the engine as well as other various issues. I have included the dealership's estimate for everything that is wrong with the car. The dealership even told me I should fight Maximum Auto, and their own tow truck company told me that what they did was wrong.

They never bothered to offer any alternatives not were they ever reasonably nice in their conversation with someone who was pretty much ready to give them $11,000.00 site unseen for a car that he had been researching for the past year. I can only come to believe that this place lives to take advantage of people who are in a tight spot, he also offered to give me dealer financing for $7000.00 at a payment of first $350. a month and then when I called again he changed his rate to $400. a month, he also never checked my credit nor did he even explain his financing rate or percentage. I'm a six figure earner and have pretty good almost 700 credit score but yet he wanted to change me $400. per month until the vehicle was paid off, I was only charged $439 in interest for the loan that Navy Federal Credit Union gave me for the $7000.00 this guy wanted to change me almost $3000.00 in finance fees for this loan that would have lasted 2 years. I'm so glad that I didn't ever set foot on their lot and all their trickery was done at a distance. No thank you Franco!

The truck was listed with leather seats -- it had cloth. This false claim inflated its Edmunds "installed upgrades" value by nearly $3,000. More critically, the truck was flagged for structural damage at auction, a serious designation that was never disclosed on the dealership's own website. This omission matters -- most buyers would not know to run a third-party report unless they already suspected something was wrong. On inspection, I found clear mechanical problems: the truck pulled hard to the right, the A/C blew hot on the driver side, one rear window was stuck shut, and the suspension sagged. Yet the dealer still asked $13,995, offering just $500 off. Edmunds places this truck's rough-condition value at $10,351. I made a fair offer of $9,500 pending frame inspection, and would've gone up to $11,000 if the frame was sound. Despite courteous communication from their salesman, it was clear that management was avoiding accountability. The final response I received was unsigned, and at no point did they acknowledge the structural branding, misrepresentation, or failure to disclose critical flaws. These tactics feel predatory -- relying on the next uninformed buyer who won't ask questions. I gave them a final opportunity to respond meaningfully and correct the record. If Imperial Highline chooses to take responsibility and improve their practices, I'll update this review. Until then, I strongly caution others to do their own research and inspect everything carefully.

I called a week ahead and spoke with the dealer about the 2021 Audi A3 they have listed. I asked if…read morethe car had any issues, they denied any issues at all. I asked about the accident on the carfax and they informed me it was prior to their owner ship and they were not aware of any damage and assumed it was fixed properly. I asked about the dealer fees when purchasing a vehicle through them and was quoted $695 by Jay. I setup an appointment to come look at the car, took off work as did my fiance and we drove 3 hours to look at the car. Upon arriving we were greeted and brought inside while the vehicle was being washed. I asked about a dealer fee again and was quoted $899 by Jay again. 1st red flag I was not happy about. Upon walking outside to view the vehicle I immediately noticed the car had been in a front end accident. The lower splitter of the bumper was cracked all the way across. Both sides of the front bumper were scruffed and had silver paint transfer. The passenger side fender was pushed in under the headlight and hood. The passenger side hood latch was removed and sitting in the glove box. The passenger side fender trim could not even click into the body because of how badly the fender was bent. The fender had fresh touch up paint leading me to beleive the damage was noticed and they were hoping a buyer would not notice. While test driving the car it was throwing error codes for the front radar, which was inoperable after the accident. We drove back to the dealer and Jay asked how I liked it. I was honest with him and told him I was very unhappy with the car, that none of the damage was disclosed. He asked if I was interested in purchasing, to which I replied asking how firm the price is. He said "our listed price is a fair deal". The vehicle is listed for a price for one in good condition, not with accident damage. In a quick assessment by myself it needs atleast 4K worth of work, 2K if I performed it by my self. My fiance and I walked on the car, drove halfway back home to which we found a similarly speced 2021 Q3 with less miles for 1K less, with no accidents and a very good maintenance history. Long story short: they are scammers who buy vehicles at auction and try to repair them on the absolute cheapest to sell for profit. After walking their lot and looking at other vehicles, it was very apparent to myself. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Edit: To respond to the dealer's response on google reviews. I offered 4K under asking cost to cover the cost of the repairs, hence why I stated it needed 4K of repairs. I never once spoke to one of your mechanics. When I was looking at the damage on the vehicle with Jay he audibly said "fuck" under his breath hoping I would not notice the damage on the vehicle. I am tempted to drive the 3 hours back to the dealer just to take photos of the damage to prove my point. I did not start any argument, there was no reason to start an argument out of frustration. The fact you are claiming this is hysterical. I even brought my own Audi specific VAG-Comm code reader to read the codes associated with the front radar system. So if your mechanics are unable to read this code they are not mechanics nor did the car have 3 separate inspections as you claim. if it did, they certainly are not qualified inspectors and need to be fired. The dealer fee is not listed anywhere on your website, I have checked prior to viewing the car, so if its listed now that was updated after the fact. The vehicle body is not clean and is not mechanically or electrically sound as you claim. I was not attempting to "pull one over" on you, I am just leaving a review to warn others about the quality of cars you offer. There is a reason why 2 key frasses for quick search through your reviews are "buyer beware" and "scam artist". To sum up, this dealership tries to take advantage of unknowledgeable individuals.

My wife and I showed up in the pouring rain and asked about the car I was interested in. The sales person immediately gave me the key to the car and told me to take it for a ride and take my time. Well, I drove the car, and loved it, and decided to buy it. The guys in the office were great to work with, they had good senses of humor, were honest and helpful. We were in and out of the dealership in about 90 minutes and the process was very easy (I traded in my old car so it took a little longer- they matched what CarMax offered). Here, a few weeks later, I'm loving the car and all is well. I appreciate the way these folks do business and I thank them for doing things the right way.

In order to get to the paperwork, I was required to submit a non-refundable downpayment of $500. First red flag. Reluctantly, I moved forward with the payment. When I got to the paperwork, the car was listed at $18,975. That should have been my second red flag. Ultimately, I moved forward with the sale. It was shipped to my house and arrived on Jan 8th, 2026. I drove it to work the next day and on the way home I was notified that the vehicle was shutting down and to pull over. The inverter blew up on me. I had the vehicle serviced at by a Tesla dealership near my house. They were able to fix the inverter and also noticed the compressor within the super manifold was not performing correctly. After fixing everything I had an extra $6400 repair bill. I have asked the dealership to pay for the service charges, but they have asked me to stop calling them and would prefer for me to email. 7 weeks have passed since first getting the vehicle and they haven't contacted me once despite me bothering them once or twice a week. I know they will never reach out to me. Virginia laws don't require the dealership to do anything once you've left their lot. Buyer beware.
