But visiting this dealer without an appointment or calling ahead - I drove in, there was ample safe parking (for my brand new MB) and a security guard. I walked in and it was super clean, LR merchandise on sale and then the showrooms. Very impressive and glamorous. No-one bothered me as I found my way to parts store. Just a small desk with a gentleman in uniform and a computer screen. I explained my problem - basically I needed a new battery and a little love and care for my key. He was friendly, clearly on top of his game. And bless him - no charge. Night and day difference with the UK Land Rover dealerships!!
