Good value for money to get shirts washed and ironed. Dry cleaning of woolen's may be tad expensive but you can negotiate with the owner. Drop my laundry here frequently and recommend it to everyone looking for reasonably good cleaners! read more

I was charged $5 per jacket for 3 jackets, which was all dry-cleaned. I got it back within 3 days. All the jackets came back looking smartly pressed and fresh. I have taken half a dozen pants here to be altered and they came out perfectly! I've also taken clothes here for dry cleaning and they did an excellent job. I have used Executive Cleaners for over a year. Their service is great and they try really hard to get all of the spots out of your clothing. I also used the wash and fold services, which was amazing. My clothes came back perfectly folded and clean. I've never had any issues with anything they have fixed. I wish Yelp have 0 star for review, this place definitely not deserve even 1 star. Beware of this careless store!.They can ruined your clothes from perfect brand new condition to damaged good. They are using the cheap/low quality service from somewhere else, they are just a middle man.The clothes I brought to this place aren't just expensive brands names but are also irreplaceable!!!.They got my clothes with my notes how to care for the delicate clothes, confirmed with the front lady and she seems like she know how to do with that type of fabric. So I trusted her and dropped off my clothes. Then... when I got them back...OMG... 7 out of my 10 pieces brand new expensive clothes (ranging from 200$ -600$/each) now all damaged :(. They even removed the extra buttons usually attached in the clothes for replacement, the delicate fabric are ruining with snagged thread in sweater and tops, the trousers have very lousy iron job!!! The worst part is when I called her to let she know that they damaged my clothes, the front lady, the one checked your clothes only responded with, "ah hah, ah hah, ah hah", "ok, ok ". What the heck is that answer meant!!! Then she admitted that they just passing your clothes to a vendor to wash, she said "I don't know,they are just like that" and again..."ah hah, ah hah...ah hah"!!!. She did NOT even said apologized or sorry AT ALL!!!. What the heck is that attitude and service to customer???! I did not ask for return my $$ or else because even if they offering me to do it for FREE, I will never ever come back to this store again!!! I talked very nice to her, told her that I wanna cry out loud because most of my expensive clothes I let them "take care of" got damaged from her careless store, all her responding was "AH HAH, AH HAH..." My wife and I had been taking our clothing to Executive Cleaners for about a year until a few weeks ago when we had a very disappointing experience with them. We simply could not continue going to a business that would treat a customer so poorly. A few weeks back, we went to Executive Cleaners to drop off an alteration of a bridesmaid dress. We deliberately took the same shoes with us that will be worn with the dress at the wedding. My wife wore these shoes as Kim measured the dress for alterations. The dress has three layers, each of which required shortening. Kim used pins to mark the length of each layer. After all layers were pinned, she asked us to confirm that the length was correct. As pinned, each layer was of similar length, and reached down to the floor (in shoes). We confirmed the lengths and she informed us that it would cost $50. The cost seemed quite high, but we agreed since they had taken care of us up to this point. I picked up the dress later in the week. To my wife's horror when she tried on the dress at home, the two inner layers reached just below her ankles, about 4 inches shorter than what we had measured. Only the outer layer was done properly, reaching down to the ground as it had when we measured it at the cleaners. I returned to Executive Cleaners and showed Kim a number of pictures of my wife wearing the altered dress. Kim immediately recognized that the length did not look right and had no explanation for what had happened. She told me that she would speak to the owner about the situation. I returned a few days later, and Kim presented me with the cloth that had been cut from the original dress, and stated that they only cut the length that we requested. I asked her why, if that was the case, the two inner layers of the dress do not reach the floor, even though it clearly did when we took the original measurements. She tried to blame this on different shoes being worn, but this is simply incorrect, as my wife specifically took the same shoes with her, knowing that she would need to wear the dress with these shoes at the wedding. In addition, the outer layer is now at least 4 inches longer than each of the inner layers. Given that each layer was measured to fall right around the same length, the only plausible explanation is that whoever altered the dress made a mistake and cut too much fabric off. Based on their assertion of no mistake, Kim refused to provide a refund for the botched alteration. I pointed out that not only was the alteration done incorrectly, but the dress itself was now ruined and would need to be replaced. Wanting to maintain our good relationship with them, I only requested a refund of the bloated alteration fee, and not compensation for the value of the ruined dress. Kim nonetheless refused to refund anything. The fact is, mistakes can happen, and the true measure of a business' customer service is how they handle it when things go wrong. Things clearly went wrong here, and unfortunately, Exec Cleaners did not rise to the occasion. This is simply not how you treat a customer, especially a loyal one, and one that is trying to meet you halfway. read more

She runied my wife $500 dress and she said she only cover for 10 times the price of the service which was $8 (dry clean fee) times 10 which is $80 store credit only. She also left a hole on the shoulder pad of my Ted Baker suits and all she die was sew it back for me. read more

I had two pairs of pants altered here. Great job! I've started bringing some of my dress shirts in to be pressed, and the first time it was great, but this second time while my shirts look good...they smelled like fried food and...fish sauce?? I have to wash all three again and find time to press them (carefully! I have a problem with my hands/arms, so ironing is a tricky process :) ) it's a great little family run shop, but scent is a deal breaker for me. :( read more

Executive cleaners is an excellent alterations and dry clean business. The lady does get backed up when it comes to alterations so you may have to wait a few days but overall they are very reasonable and do quality work. Just give them a try and see for yourself! read more

I had pants re-hemmed here. Big mistake. They ripped my pant hems and half of one of the hems was not even attached, not even hemmed. Yet, they tried to give them back to me as hemmed, and tried to make me pay for dry cleaning the pants even though they ruined my pants by ripping the fabric at the hems. I was already paying more than $50 for the rest of my dry cleaned items, and they tried to get me to pay for dry cleaning the pants, too. One of my coats was supposedly dry cleaned but seemed to come back with more spots than it even came in with. On a positive note, they dry cleaned some vintage dresses and they seem okay so far; they got that vintage moth ball smell out, so that's good. I would never come here to dry clean a coat or to hem or repair anything. read more

Found this place through Yelp and it was near my house, so I thought I would give it a try. I've brought many loads of my dresses and my boyfriend's suits here and have never had a problem. For the most part, they've had my clothes dry cleaned in a timely manner, usually 3 days, and they will even call you if they have any questions on your clothes (like previous stains, delicate materials that they are unsure of) and most importantly, they're decently priced. The last place I took my clothes to left a nasty odor on my clothes and I definitely do not have a problem with that at Executive Cleaners. read more

This place is beyond great. I took a basketball jersey their that i recently had "dry cleaned" at another spot, however didnt notice til i got home they didnt actaully clean it all the way still had marks on it. So after having it back from Executive Cleaners I inspeced the jersey and it was spotless they were able to get out the marks that the other place wasnt able to get rid of. What makes it even better all other places I take my jersey's to clean they kinda act funny about it and charge a pretty penny. It only costed $3.50 to clean their compared to at least $7-8 at other places. I will for sure use this place again. read more

Now every time we go with a big load of clothes, the price is getting raised, the professionalism of the cleaning is going down and store timings are much less convenient. We have cats in the house that have been having some peeing problems. One of them just happened to pee in my closet and sprayed all over my favorite dresses. If you've ever dealt with animal pee of any kind, you know how awful that stench is. I brought my dresses here since they were dry clean only. I told them specifically that my dresses have cat pee on it and i want it out. When I picked them up they still have a very strong smell of pee. I am VERY unsatisfied with this place. Now I have to find another place to take my dresses in for a SECOND time. read more
