I like the detail that is involved when they do hemming. My pants needed to be cropped a little so I decided on this place based on reviews. The lady was nice enough to give some tips on the proper length and even forced me to go back home and get the correct pair of shoes that I would wear with my pants so the length would be just right (I didn't mind since I live fairly nearby). I use Executive Cleaners through my workplace. I bring all my dry cleaning and alterations to work where Yen will pick up and drop off at my desk! I am very finicky about not having creases in my pants and do not like that harsh dry clean chemical smell. I've found that this establishment does not use the toxic chemicals and follows my instructions spot on! It takes about a week through my workplace, however I am sure if you drop off at the establishment you can get a quicker turnaround! A friendly, honest, and all-around great business. Yen is an absolute sweetheart who made sure that I received the best service possible at my convenience. And in fact, I did. I had never gotten anything altered nor dry-cleaned before, and Yen made my first experience a complete breeze. I brought in a vintage yellow wool coat that I had acquired from the thrift store. I loved it, yet it was in desperate need of a clean (as are all items from the thrift store) and alterations (some ripped seams on the back and the sleeves were super wide). The dry-cleaning for the coat was cheaper than I expected--the guy in the front estimated it to be about $15, while it actually turned out to be $8. The wide sleeves, for a mere $15, were taken in beautifully beyond my wildest dreams--even though Yen said they were going to be tricky to take in because of the coat's lining and the decorative stitching, she pulled it off flawlessly. And the ripped seams in the back? What ripped seams? I can't find them anymore, even after close inspection, because Yen did such an amazing job on them. And what's more--she threw in that service free of charge! If you ever need anything altered or dry-cleaned, Executive Cleaners is definitely the place to go to. read more

Great service and prices. Had three pants shortened, and they replaced the button on one of the pants and didn't charge me. The ladies were very friendly as well. I had two suits to clean and one futon cover. One of the suits had a white stain in the front and a coffee stain on the silk inside. The white stain was removed fine, the coffee stain inside is still visible after cleaning. Suits where $10 each, so a good price. However, I would have expected them to be really clean. The black futon cover had a huge water stain. When I picked it up I didn't check it right away to see if the stain was gone - should have done that. When I unwrapped the package at home I saw that the stain was still there. It looked like they brushed the stain a little bit and didn't do much more. Brought it back immediately. The lady at the cleaners was not too happy to see me again. With a sour expression she told me they had done everything they could but will try again. Got it back a couple of days later and this time I could see that they really cleaned the whole cover. I guess they put it in a washer the second time around. So conclusion: It was my first time trying out Executive Cleaners because they had great yelp reviews. However I'm not completely sure if I will go back - since they didn't do the job as expected. read more

I've been using this place for normal dry cleaning but this past week was the first time i took some pants here to get hemmed. I took 4 pairs: 3 dress pants and a pair of jeans. I had them already pinned to the length I wanted them and Kim measured the inseam before she took them. When I went to pick them up a few days later, I noticed one of my dress pants was not hemmed. You could still see the marks at the bottom of the pants where I stepped on them because they were slightly too long. Cindy helped me when I brought them back and she said her sister Kim did the hemming and said she would asked her. Cindy took the pants back for hemming but when I picked up the pants from Kim this morning, she kept insisting she hemmed it while I kept telling her it was the same length. I didn't want to make it into an argument since I didn't have to pay so I just thanked her and left. But I will likely try a new alteration and dry cleaning spot after this incident read more

Ever since I accidentally shrunk my own clothes and my girl's $$ designer jeans, I decided not be lazy and get it dry cleaned. Had I known it was so affordable and ez, I wouldn't have had an earful from my girl. I found that it's cheaper to get my dry cleaning done here than do my own laundry and it was super convenient. They're like right off 880 Great Mall Pkwy @ Abel. Drop off my stuff on the way to work and they can even get it ready next day when I have my lunch @ Thanh Duoc. Super convenient. The other day, I kinda stepped on my girl's Jimmy Choos and thanks to Executive cleaners, I still have a girl friend to come home to. Yes, I know I'm a clutz, but they fixed the heel and polish it up nice. My girl spoil me with nice things like True religion and stuff, and she gives me gripe about rolling up my jeans. So I had it hemmed and fitted perfectly to my boots. Amazing how they can make it look just like the original lines. Okay, so back to 2 stars. This is not how one should do business if they want to keep someone as a client, in my opinion. They contacted me after a few weeks saying that they only wanted to reimburse me for half of the drycleaning cost which was quite considerable. I wanted the whole amount back because I paid for something done wrong. They said half because they had recleaned the items. So the items had been cleaned twice and I had paid once. I didn't ask them to reclean the items. They did that trying to fix what was clearly ruined. All I know is they kept saying they would fix it. And they decided to reclean. And now I'm being held accountable for a second cleaning I did not ask for. I said I would really only be happy with my money back for the clean. The lady said she would talk to her sister who handles these things. I have not heard back and that was weeks ago. I throw my hands up on this one. I was a reasonable customer. read more

I use this cleaners about twice a month for over a year now and love it. Friendly service and great prices. I've had on a couple occasions needed next day pickup and never had an issue. I came in with raw denim jeans that needed to be dry cleaned and a Guess bomber jacket that had a large tear on the inside. It was 12$ to repair the jacket and 4$ to dry clean the pair of jeans. Overall I'm satisfied with the work she did on both articles of clothing. My jeans look great and I can wear my jacket again. Hopefully the repairs in the jacket hold up, but otherwise I will probably come back if I need anything else fixed or dry cleaned. read more

I went here with a leather jacket that was pretty much ruined after the first time I'd ever worn it because I spilled milk on it, and they made it as good as new after about a week and $40. I have been looking for a good cleaner for a while. We tried this one based on fellow Yelper recommendations. The pros - it is cheap, quick and you'll get your stuff back clean. Cons - if you're looking for a cleaner that knows how to press formal clothes, go elsewhere. All my dress shirts came back with mashed collars. In some cases the top button was even folded over and mashed down. Collars were mashed along lines outside of the collar folds. We have tried a couple in Milpitas and both have this problem. So, we're still looking for a good cleaner. If you want your dress shirts properly pressed, I would look elsewhere. Their prices are really fair and they probably do a fine job on other (less challenging?) clothing. read more

I've been this place several times and am finally getting around writing a review about them; shame on me. The service is excellent and recieved my clothes in prestine condition. I am very particular about my clothes and not once did they disappoint me. I even had some alternations done with them and their attention to detail was very good. Their price is also very fair. Recently I accidentally spilled half my coffee cup onto front of my brand new white shirt and was ready to throw it out when one of my friends told me about Executive Cleaners. In the past when this happened to me, my former dry cleaners was not able to fully remove the stain so I was a little skeptical that any place could. Since my friend recommended this place I figured it was worth a shot. When I got the shirt back there was no trace of any coffee stains whatsoever. I'm actually pretty shocked and wish I had taken a picture of how bad the stain was. In addition, the customer service was excellent and my shirt cleaned quickly. I brought in some pants to get hemmed. The lady who did the measurements was super-nice, and they could have it ready within a few days, and it was pretty cheap ($8 per pair). BUT when I picked them up, on every pair of pants were white pencil marks, both in dotted lines on the bottom AND in smudges on the thigh/calf of the pants, and in the pairs that aren't dry-clean-only, the smudges have not come off after I washed them. And worse yet, the pants were hemmed crookedly! Two of the pair are shorter in the front than the back, and another is shorter on the inside than the outside. It really isn't difficult to hem pants straight, is it?! read more

Think twice before you bring your dry cleaning to Executive Cleaners. I brought an expensive jacket to get dry cleaned here and it came back damaged. Two metal caps that were attached to the bottom of the drawstrings on my jacket were completely ripped off. When I brought it to the owner's attention, she was not apologetic and did not offer to do anything about it. Like most dry cleaning places, they send their clothes out to a third party. I stood there when they called their dry cleaning place, who informed them that metal caps that are attached to drawstrings on jackets should be covered prior to sending it over for dry cleaning. Obviously this business did not do that and do not take great care of your clothes. Although prices are reasonable, you definitely pay for what you get. Stay away from this place if you can. There are plenty of dry cleaning places around that will provide better customer service that you can trust with your clothes. read more
