I needed a new dry cleaner and thought that I would check out Executive Cleaners. Close to my house, good hours, etc. When I went to pick up my second order, I realized that a pair of black pants had been severely snagged in several areas. These were brand new pants- so this should be a fairly simple process.. right? Wrong. I alerted the desk attendant and she worked with me to get a claim form. I filled out the claim form while I was there so she could submit it ( which keep in mind was the first of February). It is now the middle of March, and I have yet to receive payment for my damaged clothing. I have called the manager on a weekly basis and even emailed the owner and nothing has been resolved. I would never recommend this dry cleaner to anyone. Terrible experience. read more

After reading the negative reviews, I was concerned about taking my clothing here. My experience, however, was nothing like those reviews. The worker at the desk was helpful and friendly, my clothing was ready and appeared to be in good shape when I picked it all up, and they accepted and applied my Groupon. Only reasons my review is 4 stars rather than 5 is because I haven't looked closely at all my cleaned clothing yet and I've only been here once. read more

The Executive Cleaners groupon that I recently bought was a terrible experience. I brought my dry cleaning into the Cleaners for drop off and told them I had a groupon and asked if they needed it since the details of the groupon said present upon drop off. The lady working the counter said yeah that's fine just bring it with you when you pick it up. When I came back to pick up my dry cleaning, the employee and the manager refused to let me redeem my groupon. I told them that I had tried to submit it when I dropped off my dry cleaning and they didn't care and acted as if I was lying. I had to pay full price to pick up my dry cleaning and wasn't able to redeem my groupon. I will NOT being going back to the cleaners. Very dissatisfied with my experience and would not recommend this cleaners to anyone. read more

NOT TO BE TRUSTED - Executive cleaners is the worst. They have been going door to door in our neighborhood despite a no solicitation policy that is well posted at the entrance. When I asked the solicitor to leave, he flatly said no and I had to call the police. This company doesn't respect the wishes of a neighborhood, so I can only assume they will not respect your clothing. read more

Dana F. Executive Cleaners is a dry cleaning pick up and delivery store in Green Hills, not a laundramat. There is no equipment in the store for either them or you to do laundry. I think you have the name confused with something else. read more

BEWARE!!! One star is too many. Absolutely horrible. The only reason we used them was they provided service to our building. They lost numerous items during the year we used them. They lost one pair of pants in July 2017, it is now February 2018 and I'm still trying to get my claim paid. After being extremely patient with them and giving them weeks for the check to be mailed from their accounting department, nothing arrived. Then I was told they would mail the check from their office, nothing arrived. Numerous calls in between with the same response we will check into it and call you back. Never once called back. Then she said she would mail cash directly to me, again nothing. Called again, the owner said he was writing a check right then and putting in the mail. Weeks have gone by and again no check. Now they will not answer my calls, and when I do get thru on another phone number they leave me on hold forever. Very unprofessional, and childish. All I want is the $80 from the claim I filed in July for a pair of pants they lost, and they admit they lost. Not sure why this is so difficult, and wouldn't be for a legitimate business. It is now the principal of how they run their business and treat their customers, and we will be looking into legal action. read more

In the summer of 2014, a representative of Executive Cleaners of Nashville came to my door soliciting coupons for Executive Cleaners. I bought the package for $60.00. FIrst Mistake. I have used their service twice since then. Once I sent cashmere sweaters and corduroy pants in for cleaning. They overcharged by one item. Then, in December 2014, I sent in 4 pair of my husband's dress pants. They returned 4 pair, but 1 was someone else's - of a much inferior quality and several inches smaller in waist size. They hummed and hawed over the phone and said they would "try" to find his dress pants, but I would have to wait a month to give them time to find the missing pair of pants and then would have to file a claim which would be reviewed. What a terrible experience. Incompetence, carelessness, and terrible service. No stars at all if possible. Never ever will I send another garment to Executive Cleaners. read more

Don't be fooled by the name of the place. Picked up my clothes and there were holes in my sweater, twas told it would be fixed, but the owner called and said they would not fix it or pay to get it fixed.* poor customer service* I would never go back here and hope you don't either. As a business who has used Groupon as a strategy to gain new customers, perhaps they should try to go back to the fundamentals and listen to the wise words of Peter Drucker, "The purpose of business is to create and keep customers." read more

They are the WORST! The owner, Soroush Jafari, does not accept responsibility for anything he does wrong. They ruined a very expensive duvet of mine and would not accept the claim saying he wouldn't pay for it. Total jerk. Not any way to treat a customer. I hope he goes out of business. read more

I wouldn't give any stars if I didn't have to. They ruined brand new drapes, won't return calls or respond to correspondence much less reimburse me and it's been 2 months. Sent 10 shirts for laundry w/ light starch and made sure clerk made note of laundry w/ light starch instruction. 3 shirts were dry cleaned at a charge of over $20. Clerk said they read labels on garments regardless of what customer requests. This is not true, as I had all shirts with machine wash labels. Cost for 10 shirts was over $40. Clerk refused to do anything about their poor service and overcharged pricing. Incompetent and not customer friendly...beware of Executive Cleaners! read more

I dropped off three items here on Monday and was told to come back the next day after 5PM. Before going to pick up my clothes on Tuesday I called to ask if they were ready since I was going to be there before 5PM. After a long wait on the phone I was told that two of the three items were not there because the person who was delivering them dropped them on the ground and they needed to be rewashed. I was planning on wearing one of the dresses that night but was understanding because things can happen. I was just glad I didn't have to make two trips through Green Hills traffic. They told me to come back the next morning and told me that they will make sure to have them ready. When I went to the cleaners on Wednesday afternoon they still did not have the two missing items and had to call to get them delivered from the factory and told me that there will be a 20 min wait. Since I didn't want to wait in the hot store I ran errands to the bank near by and came back but my clothes were still not there. As I am sitting at the cleaners still waiting more than 30 - 40 min after my arrival I decided to use the time productively and write this review. Do not expect to get your clothes when they were promised when you drop them off at this cleaners. read more
