Insanely expensive alterations. Skirts were not ready when she said they would be. Daughter dropped them on a Thursday and was told they would be ready Monday afternoon. Came Monday to pick up and was told they sent them to be pressed and they would be ready Tuesday. Came Tuesday and was told they then sent them to be cleaned and would be back Wednesday. Geez. Then charged us for all of those extras we didn't asked for ... on top of $60/uniform skirt for hemming. That is insane. That is more than the price of the already over-priced skirt. A friend had recommended this spot, but we will never return. Be warned. And on top of it all, the skirt was not even hemmed to the length they had agreed upon; but my daughter had to have it today and there was nothing that could be done at that point. Don't screw your customers on the alterations pricing. Telling the customer one estimate between $25-$35 when you drop off and it ends up being $45 when you pickup. read more

Not for delicate clothing! Took my wedding dress with delicate features to get cleaned before the big day, and a few things went wrong. First, they promised it would be ready on Friday, it was not, so I came back that Monday to pick it up. Next, as soon as they handed it over to me, the side of the dress was clearly ripped. I pointed this out and they were unapologetic. They said they could have someone fix it later this week... But my wedding is this weekend. So I took it and said I would take it my own trusted seamstress and I did. They reimbursed me for the cost cleaning and fixing the dress, even though the dress was not even fully cleaned... Thankful for the owner who I was able to get in contact with and get my money back. But will not return or promote this business. read more

I was surprised to see such negative reviews, but I know, from working in a dry cleaners that my grandmother owned, that customers' viewpoints about laundry and dry-cleaning is HIGHLY subjective. They ALWAYS think it should be better. We use them for professional dry-cleaning of business wear (suits, etc.) and men's laundered dress shirts (hangers, light starch). This is the closest cleaners to my house, so that is the main reason I use it. I have no complaints. At lunch time the parking lot can be full because it connects to a Subway. The seamstress does a nice job. read more

This place is extremely overpriced!! I went to get a dress altered. All I needed was for it to be shortened and tacked at the bust area. The seamstress said she was just going to cut the lining and would hem the top layer. When I asked for a price they said around 60...which to me was already too expensive, but I needed it done and didn't have time to shop around. When I went to pick it up the cost was over $100!!!! Ruined my brand new shorts and refused to pay for them. I had several buttons broken on my shirts and the owner was rude. The staff is not trained on basic terms like do you offer laundry service "no we only wash and fold". I will not be taking any of my cloth there ever again. read more

I took five pairs of very high end jeans here to get stitched because they had ripped. I left under the impression that Heritage was capable of fixing them, but when I returned to pick them up the jeans looked awful - they had massive patches and white stitching (on dark blue jeans). They looked more like what a scarecrow would wear than expensive pants. Although they refunded my money for having the service done, they refused to fix or replace my ruined jeans. I think this place must have come under new management bc I have been getting my clothes cleaned and my alterations done here for years without many issues. The prices are astronomical and the people at the counter are terribly rude. Find a better neighborhood cleaners then this horrible place. I took a $165 Ted Baker shirt to this cleaner and gave specific instructions that it be dry cleaned. They laundered the shirt instead, which washed the color out and shrank it. I've asked the cleaner to reimburse me for the cost of the shirt but they haven't agreed to do it yet. I would not recommend using them. read more

Do not use this dry cleaners and tailor! They charged me multiple times for a stain they insisted would come out "next time" and they were almost a week late hemming my wedding dress. I paid for the dress but had to take it to another tailor who did me an enormous favor to hem it quickly. Separate review on that tailor! read more

On our second time using Heritage Cleaners, they lost two pairs of my husband's pants that were both part of his suits. We searched our closets, suitcases and everywhere in between. When we explained that we had searched everywhere and that the pants must have been lost with them, they did not offer any recompense of any sort. We searched our house for a month before asking for them to replace the missing pants. So disappointed that they failed to offer to pay for their mistake. Extremely disappointed. read more

I took a coat here to be altered. When I dropped it off, I was given a ticket with a price due at pick-up of $60. I returned to pick up the coat and was told that it would be $109. I asked to speak with a manager and then was told that the price provided at drop-off is not the real price. When I stated that this was a shady practice, she stated, "Everyone knows that. This must be your first time." I believe this is an unethical practice, and the manager was condescending. read more

We've used Heritage Cleaners for years. The first few I actually dropped off an picked up at the store, so I got to know the surprisingly long-tenured staff pretty well. They're always courteous and very efficient. Then I discovered that my house was within their delivery area, and that delivery is free of charge. YES PLEASE. That's one less trip I have to make each week, and they actually pick up and drop off twice a week. Two thumbs up for convenience and service. read more
