When you want things handled at the top level, obviously, there's a premium to pay, but it's still affordable. Comparing it to property management fees, it's not even close. You have peace of mind, and you can just manage your own bookings, and they manage all of the rest. as anyone who rents in Palm Springs knows, there are a lot of forms to fill out and a lot of work to be done. We first used Executive Errands 10 years ago when we bought our condo in Palm Springs. We had to substantially remodel it, but we couldn't be around to oversee the work. Executive Errands did a great job overseeing the project and helping us deal with a myriad of details that come with a second home in the desert. We called Executive Errands again recently when we had to have the tiles in our patio replaced and our pool rebuilt. Executive Errands has handled everything for us. I hired Exective Errands to check my condo once a month in WRITING. The employee that went there was very good at texting me the status of the condo dring the monthly visit. However, I had to call Leslie about a problem that I needed to have taken care of in the next visit. Instead of asking me, she drained the retaining fee of $1,000 and sent me another bill for weekly visits. When I called her and asked her why they would be going weekly and that her employee was not updating weekly she said that I told her to do so on the phone. There was nothing in writing. I told her I did not and there was no reason the be there there was nothing for them to do weekly. It was an unfair charge and I would NEVER give a retianing fee to a company again. We are a new vacation home owner in the La Quinta area and were referred to Executive Errands by our realtor. The home we purchased had not been updated or maintained in 22 years so there was work to be done alongside managing the typical maintenance and owner stays. What started as a paint refresh turned into a new pool system, new HVAC system, blinds and more - the list was long. Leslie and her team managed the project for us as we live out of state and also helped us to completely furnish the home - from toilet paper to silverware to furniture and art. This was all done in an expedited manner as we purchased the home in June and our first stay was scheduled for October. The refresh is complete and now our EE Property Manager Erica helps us to manage the maintenance and any other items of work we need assistance with. Erica and Leslie are both very responsive in communication and have been clear and transparent with financial accountability. We hired Leslie to manage our 30 day rental. She constantly charged our credit card with up charges . She is charming and produces loads of paperwork but in our opinion lacks common sense and does not put the owner first. Very disappointed in her performance and her attitude when questioned. read more
