You have peace of mind, and you can just manage your own bookings, and they manage all of the rest. as anyone who rents in Palm Springs knows, there are a lot of forms to fill out and a lot of work to be done. They manage everything. I'm thankful for the entire team for being so on top of things, and being reachable. This is a first class very professional and friendly service that cares as much about your pets as you do. Just this past weekend we utilized the service and we totally screwed up the dates we needed the sitter. Being the caring professional the owner Cathy Gallic is she always follows up to make sure the service was complete. She did not get any responses from us as so she came to the house to find out we hadn't returned. When we did make contact we had made the mistake but were unable to return so Cathy actually came and stayed overnight with our pups. That is service above and beyond and she was very gracious about the total inconvenience.
