Two years ago my life was changed dramatically by a medical malpractice issue and I went from total independence to now being completely dependent to get to get to the many medical doctor appointments I am now free we're to dependent on MEDICAL TRANSPORT companies for all of my doctor appointments which in the last two years have become many. My insurance covers MEDICAL TRANSPORT to and from doctors and dental appointments, but in the first year and a half, only two appointments did I arrive on time. L I realize I'm not the easiest transport. I need a Bariatric wheelchair lift I require Portable oxygen machine that in reality are not very portable. Each time my insurance will arrange for transportation. Everything from the wrong size vehicle would arrive. They could not compensate for my wheelchair which I need to sit in during transport. I had one company arrive at 7:30 AM when my appointment was for 2 PM when I tried to arrange for them to come back later in the day that was impossible because they were already booked other issues I've had were transport not arriving at all with no phone call, arriving right at the time of the appointment with maybe two or three other patients that are to be dropped off before I am, which would land me at my doctors office up to one and a half to two hours late at which time my appointment had been canceled. Since I found them through my daughter, Beverly, I have used them at least 5 times and not one thing has gone wrong. CSE has made me feel confident I can make a dr appointment and actually not be stressed about needing to cancel because of inability to perform the transport. They are perfect and SHOUT OUT to Felix who has been on 3 of my transports and has made them seem less and actually enjoyable. He is an asset to the company and I hope he is given recognition for his expertise and great representation of the company

She developed medical problems, left for skilled nursing then returned for Hospice care. But while there at Magnolia Place, the environment felt like staying in a hotel. The food was good, the caregivers cared and I know she was in a secure environment. She could walk as far as she wanted, had an active social life and had a very robust life helping "work" there cleaning up after meals. Everyone made her final time there the very best for my mother and me. As difficult as death is, they certainly helped me prepare for the experience and I thank them. It's very hard on dementia patients to move them and also hard to find a place so when you're paying almost $90,000 a year for Care you would think that would be enough. Be careful putting your loved one here because they were very nice when we joined and it's just gotten worse and worse since the new owners took over

There have been multiple instances where they would mis-treat my father-in-law and not report accidents that have happened. I'm not entirely sure who they have answering the calls in the afternoon when my father-in-law arrives back home, but I hope I never see that bitter lady a day in my life because she has something coming to her, that's for sure. I asked her name, she laughed and gave the company name and hung up. I called back, she answered (knew it was me) and said "you're persistent" laughed again and hung up. I called back over 60 times and they never answered me again. I'm not sure how whoever owns this establishment would be okay with their representatives treating the customers like this, but I'll tell you what, all these other people may be okay with you mistreating their loved ones but not me!
