Two years ago my life was changed dramatically by a medical malpractice issue and I went from total independence to now being completely dependent to get to get to the many medical doctor appointments I am now free we're to dependent on MEDICAL TRANSPORT companies for all of my doctor appointments which in the last two years have become many. My insurance covers MEDICAL TRANSPORT to and from doctors and dental appointments, but in the first year and a half, only two appointments did I arrive on time. L I realize I'm not the easiest transport. I need a Bariatric wheelchair lift I require Portable oxygen machine that in reality are not very portable. Each time my insurance will arrange for transportation. Everything from the wrong size vehicle would arrive. They could not compensate for my wheelchair which I need to sit in during transport. I had one company arrive at 7:30 AM when my appointment was for 2 PM when I tried to arrange for them to come back later in the day that was impossible because they were already booked other issues I've had were transport not arriving at all with no phone call, arriving right at the time of the appointment with maybe two or three other patients that are to be dropped off before I am, which would land me at my doctors office up to one and a half to two hours late at which time my appointment had been canceled. Since I found them through my daughter, Beverly, I have used them at least 5 times and not one thing has gone wrong. CSE has made me feel confident I can make a dr appointment and actually not be stressed about needing to cancel because of inability to perform the transport. They are perfect and SHOUT OUT to Felix who has been on 3 of my transports and has made them seem less and actually enjoyable. He is an asset to the company and I hope he is given recognition for his expertise and great representation of the company

The whole team had good bed side manner and were truly invested in her success. My whole family will forever be thankful to every staff member and medical professional who aided in their health journey. Extra special thank yous and shout outs to Dr. Francesca Hoehne and Dr. Ricardo Salas.

Throughout my stay, I felt that staff were not keeping me informed about what was happening, what the treatment plan was, or what the next steps would be. It seemed like there was limited communication among staft members, and I often had to ask questions to get basic information about my care. I also felt that some staff members lacked empathy and confidence when discussing my condition. Because lupus can be a complex illness, I expected more understanding of my symptoms and concerns. Instead, I felt dismissed and uncertain about whether my condition was being fully evaluated. After spending approximately nine hours in the ER, I was discharged with the same pain and issues that brought me in. I left without feeling that my concerns had been adequately addressed or that I had a clear plan for managing my flare-up. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in communication, patient education, and compassion for patients dealing with chronic autoimmune conditions.

I recently went to this office for back and abdominal pain. Let me start out by saying that the…read moreonly reason they got 2 stars was because the doctor actually fixed my issue. Here are the reasons why they could not get a higher score: 1. The office is hard to find. It is located right behind Good Samaritan Hospital and is in a VERY run down building. I have pictures on my cell phone that I will try to attach later to this review. The building is dark, a little creepy and the wait times are crazy. 2. When I went in, there were no other patients. Zero. It was me, my wife, the receptionist and the Medical Assistant. I still had to wait half an hour to get back to the Medical Assistant and a total of an hour to see the physician. It wouldn't have been so bad if it had been packed but it was empty. Later on, I overhead the MA talking about checking her Facebook which didn't really make things better. 3. When I was checked in and placed into a room, I could hear everything the receptionist and MA were talking about. Everything. About 10 minutes into my wait in the exam room, the phone rang and it was clearly the physician. He asked the MA what I was there for (she told him). He also asked her if I was male or female and my age. Once she told him all of that (which everybody would have heard had I not been the only patient-the walls are paper thin), the physician took another 15 minutes to show up. I'm not sure if he works in another area of the hospital and only comes over when a patient shows up. 4. When the physician actually arrived though, he was very competent, polite, listened to my concerns and found out the exact issue that was wrong (that 3 other physicians had missed). He wrote me the right prescription and sent me on my way. 5. The doctor had said that I was going to get a call from the clinic to set me up for an ultrasound but that never came. I'll have to call next week and follow up on that after the holiday. At least I'm not in pain. Overall: 1. This clinic needs a severe overall in cleanliness, facility presentation, staff behavior and time management. 2. The physician was great but they should probably avoid calling it an urgent care unless the doctor is available sooner than an hour after you check in to an empty clinic. 3. On the administrative end, they should work on better follow-through from a nursing/scheduling standpoint. I should have received a follow up call the next day to check on my status and schedule my ultrasound. 4. If these things can be fixed, this clinic could make a lot of money. They are the only Urgent Care in Oildale. 5. Please, for safety's sake, light up your parking lot, put some better signage and make it a safer place to visit. Olive Drive and Chester Avenue aren't exactly the safest areas of Bakersfield.

My pedi was on vacation so I came here. I was in there for 5 hrs!!! 2.5 wait, four people ahead of me. and inside room I waited for another two hours. My child had to get x ray, which took forever to get done, and what seemed for ever to get results. If I wouldn't ask doc for results he would had not gone over it. Not to mention the "hard care work" that these nurses have. It's all a joke to them!! Shiiittyyy service y'all.
