Jay was such a big relief when he took my reservation to the airport and knew exactly what time i should be picked and dropped off so i don't miss my early sunday flight. The driver was friendly just like jay promised me, plus the car was clean just how i like it. The driver zeeman had my water bottles and phone charger waiting for me and i was pleased to see them since i wanted to get enough juice for my phone (for my music) when i boarded my plane. Then the driver had some jazz for me to listen to all the way to the airport and i just felt relaxed and comfortable. Zeeman then got my luggage out and wished me luck on my flight. Requested a ride to the cruise terminal in S.F. from the East Bay. Our driver (Bill) called 45 minutes early to remind us it was Fleet Week in the city and we would be well advised to get an early start. We arrived on time and in comfort thanks to our conscientious driver. But wait! We're not done. We scheduled a 9:30 am pick up at the cruise terminal ten days later. To our surprise we got off of the ship 45 minutes early. When I placed the call to Dial 7's they said someone would get right back to us. Yes in deed! One minute later Bill called. He had been waiting for us at the cruise terminal. We were loaded up and on our way home before our scheduled disembarkation. First of all I should have wrote a review when I travelled with Dial 7 Transportation back in December. The driver was great very professional and the car was very clean. The price was very fair as well compared to other companies in Pleasanton. What really made me write this review was I just got back into town and I checked my messages and found out that I left my glasses in one of their cars. Needed a ride for 4 to Oakland airport after visiting family in the Bay Area. Decided to make a reservation with Dial 7's. Booking was easy and all fees were included. Received an email with driver name, car type, and license plate #, the day before. William was early picking us up and told us to take our time and let him know when we were ready. hands down most enjoyable ride of my life, the driver made sure i was comfortable and had a great time through out the drive. I don't think I've ever had a better ride for the price. My company referred them to me and I'm glad they did I loved the service they were everything they said they were going to be and that's what I need in a car service or airport shuttle. Contacted dial 7 for a early Sunday pickup to the airport and they had no problem taking me. I confirmed with them after booking online and the driver was there.
