Where do I start... After, the process was done I came out to inspect my vehicle and noticed several air bubbles around the edge of the tint, along with the a broken window trim frame. I made the staff aware of my concerns with the work done and the response I received was unprofessional and highly upsetting. Heather proceeded to have an attitude with me as I described my concerns with the work done. She stated that she would not be able to get anyone to fix the problem until the following week (Monday). I explained to her very nicely that I did not bring my car into their shop with these issues. She proceeded to walk away from me with an attitude while I was still talking. I asked to speak with manager and funny enough she stated she was the manager. Overall, I dropped my vehicle off at 9:30am and my vehicle was not ready until 4:30pm. I am now waiting here and it's 6:09pm passed business hours awaiting for my vehicle to be restored to its prime condition. Heather did not apologize at ALL for the inconvenience. Heather needs some additional training in giving an exceptional customer service experience. Hopefully, no one else will have to deal with the unfortunate circumstances that I have encountered. Side note: shoutout to Elizabeth and Jay for being kind in this frustrating situation.

Got Llumar CTX 15 put on and he was done within 2 hrs. Grabbed a beer at Ale & Ivy and knew I was in great hands. They have their own parking lot and inside the lobby and office were spacious. I met with a man who gave me the quote for a ceramic tint and it was competitive including a lifetime warranty. I wanted two shades with the front doors the legal limit and then the back doors and rear window darker. For that they added $25 to the bid. The next day I set an appointment and was told it would take about 90 minutes for the install. Upon arrival, I was waited on quickly by a lady and she took my car on time. They put 2 installers on the job and finished in 45 minutes. During that time I waited in their large waiting room that had a TV and coffee. Afterwards I paid and left. It was a professional experience and I am happy with their work. I recommend Executive Tint.
