A Truly Wonderful Experience Every Time!!…read more I've been coming here for years, and I can't say enough good things about both the location and my massage therapist, Jennifer . The atmosphere is always calm, clean, and welcoming--perfect for truly relaxing and unwinding. My massage therapist is absolutely incredible--professional, skilled, and genuinely caring. She always know exactly what my body needs, whether I'm dealing with tension, stress, or just need a moment to reset. Every session feels personalized and restorative. It's rare to find a place that consistently delivers such high-quality care and attention. I'm so grateful to have found this gem and will continue coming back for years to come!

I really hate leaving negative reviews but here is the truth.....I was there yesterday for a…read moreprenatal massage. I told the masseuse I want full body but to focus on my neck, lower back and hips. She spent the whole time talking about her Egyptian boyfriend that she's been with for a month, which distracted her from what she was doing. Next thing you know my hour was up and she only got to my back and lower legs? She never touched my hips, neck, thighs, lower back, arms etc. This was the worst massage I ever had and I could've got my little cousins to do a better job. Each time I asked her to apply pressure she told me it's too difficult for her because I'm on my side. I'm obviously on my side because I'm pregnant and it's a prenatal massage. I'm not someone that's hard to please at all but I did inform the front desk it's a disappointment that I have to pay for that type of service. The front desk didn't bother to ask me any questions or seem to care, they just said to have a nice day. I was looking forward to that massage all week because of these pregnancy pains...I still left there in pain and $120 less in my pocket lol not a good experience at all and I won't be returning. ...not to mention, their new rooms are as bright as they're shown in the pictures here. If you're like me and prefer the room to be dim and relaxing you won't enjoy that part.

This is a lovely little spa inside the Marriott Falls View hotel. My wife and I went for the oasis…read morethermal journey and were pleasantly surprised with all they mange to fit into a small space. The indoor hot tub and salt sauna were both quite spacious, and while the three outside pools were much smaller, they were great for working through the circuit of varying temperatures. There's also a dry sauna you access from that area. You get unlimited use of the facility for three hours, which is quite a good deal. We are big fans of nordic contrast circuits and have visited plenty of similar spas in various cities and countries. For the price, this one covers all the bases very well with few frills, and that's okay with us. The service was good, and the employees friendly, even if they did seem a bit overworked at times. This location isn't as luxurious in its other amenities as some other options in nearby Niagara-On-The-Lake, so if you're after a full pampering experience, you might look into one of those, but the much lower cost here made it a worthwhile trade-off for us. Plus the location is convenient to a lot of other sites and restaurants, and free parking is included. All in all, good facilities, good people, good price point. We will be back again for sure!

I got their Spa Wellness package which included a massage(I chose the hot stone massage), a wellness facial, manicure and pedicure. The massage therapists are great, they really focus on relaxation and comfort. All the other employees are also very helpful and warm. It's located in the basement of the Marriott fallsview hotel, and the hotel itself is so nice, you see a gorgeous view of the falls from the hotel lobby when you enter. Would definitely recommend checking it out.

In fact this was my 3rd time changing my appointment and they were always super helpful and understanding. They use an OPEN system colon cleanse machine called (Angel of water ) which is great for many reasons. 1 . You don't need much supervision with those system so it allows you privacy . 2 . You can stop the flow of water with the on and off switch if you feel like it's getting too intense. 3 . The area of the system is nice and big so it allows for less "accidents" to happen and also helps you to relax. I'll definitely be back to this location. The only part of the experience I found a bit confusing was that the entrance was somewhat hidden inside a health food store. This may be a bit confusing if people aren't aware of the exact location. Didn't deduct any stars for this as it does make the space more discrete. Greta job guys !

Great service, and I love colonics now too! Flow has become an important part of my self care routine. Would highly recommend.
