The process of getting our old machines sent back, new machines delivered, and set up was so easy! We rarely place service calls for malfunction issues. The Ricoh/Lanier units have not physically malfunctioned yet and we have had them for 2 years. We use Macs in our office and only once we had a software/driver malfunction that was quickly resolved by our tech. When we do place service calls it is in regards to instructions for users or trouble shooting specific paper settings or print jobs. Bobby our tech is very patient with us and always timely addresses our questions. Our old Xerox machines were terrible and required service every month and still had no improvements after the services and software updates etc... Our old company also had a (not hidden but extremely tiny fine print) price increase of up to 12% annually on their lease agreement which they increasingly applied each year into our 5 year agreement in addition to pricey print overages paid quarterly. Ralph, our sales contact at Knight in Austin, TX was great at customizing a contract that works for us. We knew what we needed, asked for it, and Ralph made it happen. Service and copier supplies are all included. We know exactly what to expect each month and our counts are accurately estimated. We also had many specific requests that they were able to accommodate in our new contract. Ralph told me from the very beginning that Knight was the best and I did not believe him. After spending much time researching 4-5 additional copier companies, I finally came to the same conclusion and we have never looked back! I fully recommend giving Knight Office Solutions a try.

We made an appointment for 2 o'clock the next day, which was today. Trusting that our appointment was firm I proceeded to drive to the place of signing only to be texted by the notary that she wanted to move the appointment to 330 the same day. I was a good sport and said no problem and drove home from our meeting place. Approximately 2:05 PM she texted me and said ETA 10 minutes. I texted her back told her I do not live at that location and I would meet her at 2:30. She did not reply. I quickly got myself together drove back to the location again went to the second floor put my 85 year-old mother in a wheelchair, since she is the one signing, took her downstairs to a library and waited for the notary. I texted her are you coming and she said you must've misunderstood me. I said 330. I showed her the text via image that said ETA 10 minutes, she told me that that text was for someone else. I literally had to sit in that library with my disabled mother until 4 o'clock when this notary finally arrived. This was very hard for my mother and very irritating for myself. I had two witnesses standing by that left, and I had to use two strangers to be witnesses for my signing of my legal document. I had another notary I could have used and I regret not using her. This woman was very inconsiderate by not honoring our meeting time and then sending me text messages that were intended for someone else. She literally put another signing at the same time as mine and pushed me aside, she let me know at the last minute, and left me sitting with a disabled 85 year-old woman for two hours in a library. I do not recommend this person. I'm giving her two stars instead of one because she did adequately notarize my documents. She charged me $200.
