Philtron can get it fixed.. I own a small business and we have paid LOTS of money with other guys that have done next to nothing and in some cases left us with more problem than they walked into... You know what I mean? Philtron came, fixed and went... He also comes by when we need a quick fix. Listen, stop messing around and call the best.. Phil was at our house yesterday helping us get our home network straight. We've had home networking and media challenges for a while now, and the solution was clearly above my pay grade. Our wifi was slow and spotty, our DVR wasn't connecting to the web, some of our components had failed, our Time Warner cable modem was manufactured during the Clinton administration, and some of our wiring and setup looked like something a barn rat would look upon with disdain. Phil bought the components we needed (and DIDN'T buy the ones we didn't need -- where our hardware was sufficient, he didn't try to upsell us at all -- and we only paid cost for hardware anyway). He came over and went to work, and in a couple of hours, our home network reached every corner of our house (two story, built into a canyon, with some odd signal challenges), our DVR was fully functional again, and our cabinet looked much cleaner and presentable (the rats would be pleased). The cost for his services was very fair, and he didn't take an inordinate amount of time to get the job done. If you're not a tech-head, you don't know how to set up all of these things, or even what an optimum setup looks like. That's when and why you call Phil, and get it done the right way, for the right price. The three most important words for a homeowner are "I gotta guy." We have an old Dell laptop that we just wanted to get pictures off of and transferred to a flash drive.
