I have been here a couple of times. On both visits the guys were very helpful (John and Steve). I finally bought a bat from them on my second visit. If you live in driving distance, take a trip down there. They have plenty of items in stock (pants, bags, jerseys, gloves, turf shoes, batting gloves, bat tapers/knobs, bat grips etc) I'll be back for sure! Unfortunately I canceled my order with another site because BU was cheaper and had free shipping as well as being close to me so why not shop local-ish. Well when I found out BU was misrepresenting their stock it was too late. The bats at the other site were gone. Their response........ I'll give you a discount on a more expensive bat. Not a comparable discount though. Either way, they were nice. Easy to order just not to bright when it comes to inventory management. PS. Do not use these guys. They advertise bats that they don't on their website to try and sell you something that they don't plan on actually sending you. I assume that they are doing this to collect your credit card info to sell it to others. When I tried having a conversation with the uh he hung up on me, accusing. Me of re-selling bats on eBay. Was not satisfied on the handling of customer service after ordering a bat from them and not receiving any type of cancellation notification on the order. Ordered a bat and I had to call the company about the shipping of the bat, only to find out that they did not carry that certain bat anymore but will sale you another model. I purchased a new bat from them recently. They did ship it quickly and the bat is a good bat. However, I don't rate them high on professionalism or customer service. First of all, they advertised and allowed me to purchase a bat that they no longer had. Second, their email communication was poor. I received an email which simply stated "PLEASE CALL THE STORE REGARDING YOUR ORDER" along with their signature and no order details. When I called the store, they began to negotiate with me for a different bat. I chose to pause and then called back later to settle on a new bat and price. This was more like buying a car, but fine. The main reason for my review is that the bat was missing the 29/18 button on the end of the handle. I reached out to them expecting them to make it right. They told me that if it didn't fall off in the packaging, I should contact the factory. I bought the bat from them and I don't think I should have to be the one to contact the factory days after I ordered it. I am certain that it wasn't in the packaging and I've given them weeks to kindly reconsider their approach, but they have not responded. read more
