When I said, I'm gonna report this to the corporate Home office within 30 seconds he apologized to me and said "I'm gonna lose my job." Shortly thereafter we were checking out in line buying over $150 worth of items, and he came over and told the attendant to give us a 15% discount and continue to apologize profusely. This person was on the fringe of having of what appeared to be a mental breakdown -- and he is the manager.
