I walked in looking for a way to get back to normal as by the time I walked in I couldn't even take care of my home and my pets properly because I would be in severe pain shortly after standing up. They set me up with personal trainer Landon who is a coach for the BYU basketball teem. He is also well versed in rehabilitation. I have been on the program with him for 6 weeks, im on my 7th now. I have seen improvement. I have lost at least 7 pounds and have been able to make headway in getting my house back on track. My care of my pets has improved as I am able to be on my feet longer now without pain. This gym has pretty much changed my life. Landon is awesome, despite being a little bit of a slave driver about some of the exercises. But that's his job. To push you so that you can improve. I highly suggest this place and Landon as a trainer. Just be ready to work hard and stick with it. The staff there is always willing to offer encouragement or suggestions to help you succeed.

The staff immediately knew what I was talking about and gave me clear, accurate information. They explained everything in a straightforward way and made the process easy to understand. I decided to go in person, and it was just as smooth. I got a quick tour, had all my questions answered, and was able to sign up in about 20 minutes with no issues or confusion from a great employee, Jagger.
